Check in was easy, place was clean and comfortable. Area was nice and close to everything we needed. There for NASCAR race and thoroughly enjoyed everything!! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this property in Richmond. The check in was super easy and the fenced backyard was a dream for my two dogs. I brought my elderly mom who had no trouble getting into the property since there wasn't more than two steps at both the front and back entrances. The entire property was spotless, no bugs or dirt anywhere! Decorated beautifully, with a bathroom for each bedroom. The best part was the convenient offstreet parking in the back of the property. I'm not sure about everyone else, but if I have to parallel park on a crowded street it puts everyone and their vehicles in peril lol. Super convenient location to get downtown as well. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Richmond. You won't be sorry if you stay here!

Great find!

The house was very clean, well stocked with all the essentials.. the bed was very comfortable and it was easy access in and out. The owners communication was timely and informative. Thank you, if we are ever im the area again we will look for this stay again..

Richmond VRBO

Overall, the unit was very clean and a convenient short walk to the trail system which we were looking for. The neighborhood around was a little scary to walk through, recommended walking with someone. A box fan or oscillating fan would have been nice to have, to help drowned out the street noise, birds and people upstairs, especially for the guest room that is at the front of the house. Also, the coffeemaker is a very nice expensive one, but is useless if it doesn’t function properly and your left cleaning up the mess from the brew basket overflowing, replace it or leave instructions on how to use it (was told it had happened before, when I mentioned what had happened ). Lastly, the towel rack and toilet paper holder are not secured well to the wall, was unusable and same was about to happen with the toilet paper holder..…

Hospital Visit

Needed a place close to VCU for a series of medical appointments and this place was really close and super nice. Truly the gem that they advertise it as. The fenced in yard is nice to have and we were convenient to everything we wanted to do. The idea was to be able to leave the car parked there and Uber to the doctor each day and all the attractions nearby and the plan worked beautifully.

As Described

Just back from a stay at this property and it was just as described. I would stay there again without hesitation. I would recommend a good cleaning in the living room - dry cleaning the couch as well as rug, which is why I rated cleanliness with 3 stars. I had a little trouble with the check in, but the owner was available as needed. Not sure if this is VRBO or the owner, but I would urge a check out time of no later than noon. If it had been, I would not have to have left dishes in the sink!

The perfect, pet-friendly stay to visit Richmond!

We needed a place between NYC and Durham, NC to meet up with some family for a quick visit. This condo is very cozy, simply decorated, very comfortable and extremely clean. Very well appointed kitchen and 2 full bathrooms! Beds were very comfortable. The yard is a shared yard with 2 other units but very large. Our pup enjoyed exploring (with supervision). The chairs in the sitting area and the couch were very comfortable for our chats and TV watching. Street parking available right in front of the unit, which was very convenient. Easy smart lock to get in/out of the unit. The best part, the check out procedure is just to walk away!!! They take care of ALL of the cleaning!! The owners are very responsive via the chat function in the app. I highly recommend!!

Quick Trip

We enjoyed our short stay in Richmond. This location was convenient. We even enjoyed a morning walk to the river. The place was clean and the backyard was nice to have since we had our dog with us.

Great location and plenty of space

We were attending events in downtown Richmond and this was a great location. Plenty of room to work and hang out. Good coffee shop two blocks away. Owner is very responsive.
