Free and easy street parking. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the heart of historic Church Hill- Richmond’s oldest neighborhood. Surrounded by acclaimed restaurants, this is a walker's paradise close to 3 parks with commanding city skyline views and the mighty James River. Close to downtown, the Capital Trail, state government and Richmond International Airport/ this second floor space is in a meticulously restored historic home built in 1871.
The space
This apartment is part of farm-house style home loaded with Italianate features of the late 19th century. Meticulously restored and updated for comfortable and efficient 21st century living, this cozy retreat offers a quiet, private and upscale experience in the heart of one of the hippest neighborhoods in the city. You'll notice the difference! There are no shared spaces-it's all yours! Free, easy, and unrestricted street parking is available in front or on the side of the building.

Perfect place to stay for a romantic getaway. Celebrated my boyfriend and I’s 7 year anniversary. Close proximity to Allianz Amphitheater, walking distance to restaurants and incredible ambiance within the apartment itself. Highly recommend and would 100% stay again.

It was a beautiful place- wonderfully decorated- amazing kitchen- only 2 issues- no general sitting area- and my adult son- who I was visiting in Richmond, was not allowed to even step inside- I get not wanting a bunch of people- but to not even let him inside seemed a little unreasonable- because of that- I wouldn't stay again- if you have no one you are visiting- it would be really nice

Thank you for your review and for your kind comments about the home's décor and kitchen. For clarity, our property has a strict maximum occupancy of two people. Prior to arrival, you contacted us regarding plans to cook for your son and some of his friends. We explained that additional visitors beyond the two-person occupancy limit would not be permitted. At no point were you told that your son could not enter the property. In fact, our written response specifically stated that you were welcome to enjoy the home and kitchen with one permitted guest, consistent with the property's maximum occupancy of two people. While we understand that our occupancy policy may not suit every traveler's plans, it is clearly disclosed in the listing and applied consistently to all guests. We appreciate your stay and wish you the very best.
