Enjoy this exclusive condo with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a furnished kitchen. Relax in the living room with a 55" Smart TV; a Pack N Play is provided for our little guests. Free parking is available, centrally located near popular sites. Safety and nature converge in this quiet neighborhood with nearby hiking trails. The Space:
Discover a fully furnished condo with a complete kitchen featuring a full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room boasts a queen sofa bed, though note pull-out couches are most comfortable for younger children. Enjoy entertainment on a large SmartTV with YouTubeTV and DVR movies. WiFi is included.

The Master Bedroom offers a spacious walk-in closet equipped with a Pack N Play, high chair, and toys for kids. The closet is large enough for an infant to sleep in and is attached to the master bedroom. This non-smoking property provides ample free parking, a bathroom with a full shower and bathtub, and an in-unit Washer & Dryer for private use.

Great condo!

Loved our stay here! Beds and pillows were super comfortable and the blackout blinds in the bedrooms were a great help for a wonderful night's sleep. The condo was clean and kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, a great coffee maker and more. We would definitely stay here again when we are next in Colorado Springs.

Excellent Location

Centrally located to all recreational sites within the Colorado Springs area and outlying sites in Colorado. Accommodations were also excellent meeting all our needs providing comfortable living away from home!

Dropping off our basic

Stayed for a few days while we dropped our son off at the academy. Had a nice stay here. Great to be able to make meals and run laundry. Enjoyed the walks around the area.

Clean and Easy

Condo was clean and good for 1-3 people. We had two and it worked great. Nice touch to include some basics like coffee, filters, and some items in the bathroom (in case forgotten or not bought). A few rules due to being a condo (no smoking on property grounds, don't run thu unit), overall a clean and convenient property.

Quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. Had additional bedroom for daughter's family to stay with us. Pack and play, highchair, toys for the little. Plenty in the kitchen including spices. We will be back!

New grandbaby visit

This place worked perfectly for us as a landing place while visiting our new grandson and family. The bathroom is getting close to needing a little updating, but the place was spotless and well furnished/supplied. The personal touches were very appreciated, and made the transition into the place so much easier! Would definitely book this place again.

Best Hospitality

We came from MS to visit some family and after driving all day, it was nice to arrive at such a welcoming place to get some R&R. They left ingredients for us to make a complimentary spaghetti dinner so we didn’t have to worry about going out to get anything after a long drive along with 4 bottles of water. They put so much thought into making their guests comfortable, all the way down to having different styles of pillows to choose from. The bed was super comfy as well. This rental was the best super host I have encountered in all of the VRBO’s I have stayed at. Highly recommend!

Perfect Home Away From Home

What an amazing place to stay! Thank you to our hosts for making it so warm and welcoming! From the welcome basket of goodies to the all of the little extras, this is the best place we have stayed. They have thought of every detail to make it a wonderful vacation getaway. It's convenient located and outfitted with anything you may want or need. We loved staying and wish we could have stayed longer. Truly phenomenal!

close and comfortable

The property was is a perfect spot for dropping our daughter off at UCCS. We did multiple trips back and forth to the campus to condo to stores etc....nice location. The host has everything easy to find and labeled. And the little nice homey touches are above and beyond. No hunting....pillow choices....sweet gift...etc. The comfort and ease of everything definitely made high marks. Some items are a little outdated but with lots of extras you won't even notice. I guess I would request a full length mirror somewhere and wish the large master was a king. But.........great stay. We would absolutely book again.

Lovely condo in a lovely neighborhood

We absolutely loved this property. It was located closed to everything. I was looking at our GPS history and majority of our trips were on one street! The host were awesome! They thought of everything and when wee needed them, A quick response. Will definitely return.

Overall Good

The rental is clean and comfortable. Well appointed. Owners very responsive. Location is perfect. Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood (nice views) and close to the things we wanted to do. Only thing to know is that the condo sits sideways on the lot so all windows face another building. Wasn’t a big deal for us as we were out and about most of our stay. Would overall recommend.

Very nice for the money

TLDR - great place to stay all things considered - I would give a 4.5-stars if possible but rounded up to be nice. This is an older property but seems nicely taken care of. The wifi does seem to cut in and out. When it worked, it was acceptable - certainly better than the average hotel wifi. I only needed it for a few work Zoom/Teams meetings. The host did provide me the logins for other nearby wifi networks to use as backups - so I appreciate that. Even so, it primary WiFi would cut out several times in a day and take a few minutes to return - so a bit problematic if you depend on this for work. We did initially have trouble finding the extra linens for the sofa bed but we had some blankets we used instead. The host did communicate with me well and had a spare set in a locked chest which we didn't bother using. The place does not really have a great mountain view per se. You can clearly see some foothills but not Pikes Peak or much/any other southern Front Range - so perhaps this was a marketing stretch. An actual mountain view would have been nice, but it wasn't my primary concern. The AC units are not central air - but mini-split systems in each room. I think for Colorado Springs - this is sufficient. The weather was actually abnormally cooler than normal so we never turned them on (early June). We simply opened the windows at night and this was good enough. The rest of the apartment/condo was actually pretty nice. Considering the price, this is an excellent option.
