This cosy gîte on the first floor, quiet, is part of a large family home from the 50s, completely restored (2023–2024) and divided into 3 independent dwellings, each with thermal and sound insulation for the comfort of all.

linen provided and maintained by us;
beds made on arrival;
a dish towel provided;
floor cleaning and dusting after your departure.

In return, we ask our guests to leave the accommodation in a clean state and carry out routine maintenance during their stay.

Logement très agréable. Refait avec goût. Très bien équipé. Très propre. Lits faits et linge de toilette fourni.Très bien placé. Tout peut se faire à pied. Le port avec de très bons restos, comme les grottes de Matata et Régulus.

Le logement de Marie-Laure a été impeccable pour nous, très bien tenu, cosy, confortable et avec toutes les commodités. Nous étions au frais sans besoin faire fonctionner la clim. L accès aux commerces à pied ainsi qu à la plage sont un vrai plus, et il est idéalement situé pour découvrir la région avec de cours trajets en voiture.La communication avec Marie-Laure a été fluide et agréable. Nous recommandons !!

Logement tout à fait conforme au descriptif. De plus, en ces jours de canicule, le logement situé au rez-de-chaussée est resté frais… sans faire fonctionner la climatisation. C’est toujours ça de gagné pour la planète. !!!

Appartement bien rénové, bien équipé et très propre. Au frais vu que c'est un sous-sol aménagé et c'était appréciable vu les 35 degrés !!!Endroit calme proche des commerces.

La localisation, la location et les échanges avec nos hôtes ont été à la hauteur de nos espérances. Merci pour cette jolie parenthèse automnale qui nous a requinqués avec en plus un temps superbe. Une adresse à retenir pour de prochaines vavances.
