Please specify the exact number of guests when you make your inquiry.
We have a base price for two people (the most reasonable) for any additional guests beyond two people; the booking site automatically adds $15 per person per night. If you fill out for two people, but you are four, the system will not give you the accurate rate.

AC Summer : The NEST does not cool below 75°F during the day when temperatures exceed 100°F due to the risk of the unit freezing. We can adjust to 72F at night. The AC is not designed to cool more than 25 degrees below the outside temperature. The minimum age requirement is 25 years old for the principal booker.
Pool and Spa heating is NOT included in the rental. We require an additional pool fee of $75-150 PER DAY and a $25 - 50 per day SPA fee, depending on the season. We DO NOT preheat the pool and spa; we start pool heating once the previous guest has checked out. During the hot months of July, August, and September, we typically do not charge a pool fee. We may request a pool fee during the months of April, May, and June. You are required to sign the agreement sent via DocuSign, as per city noise policies.

Peaceful and serene

Wanted a two day getaway in the heat with my wife with a private pool and quiet. This property is beyond what you’ll read in the great reviews… Immaculate… Private, quiet, try as your might, you won’t find one thing broken or worn. Literally every single aspect of this property is perfect. Everything is labeled, organized, operational and easy. Check in check out and communication with Nadia were seamless and prompt. It was 115 out and A/C was perfect… I honestly think we have never had a more enjoyable VRBO experience. If I designed a home… This would be it. Although at times, I felt the little floating flamingos were talking behind my back….LOL (actually, a nice touch..!). We shall return…Thank you Nadia!

The house is as advertised. It is well equipped, modern and beautiful. The location is only two blocks from the La Quinta walking trails and it is only a short drive to downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A week in paradise!!

We loved this house! We stayed for 6 nights for my daughter’s dance competition. We had 3 kids with us. This house was beautiful, well stocked, clean, great for hosting a dinner party with another dance family. The house made the trip amazing. thank you! Fully stocked kitchen! We grilled two nights. Lots of swimming. We hosted families twice for dinner because the house was a so great

La Quinta SKY home

We have stayed at this property twice now. Booking was easy, the host Nadia was helpful, responsive and very nice. The property is outstanding. All of the usual great things like clean, well stocked, etc but the secluded pool, jaccuzzi puts this property over the top. Love the neighborhood also. We can’t wait to book again.

Family Trip to La Quinta

This was one of those rare times where the house was nicer in person as compared to the pictures. My family, which included a toddler and baby, enjoyed our stay immensely. Given our young children, we ate at the house quite a bit and the kitchen was well stocked with pantry basics and all tools The pool and spa were easy to use and enjoyed the additional floatation in the garage that could be used. The pool is not huge but was perfect size for our needs and opened up directly to the living room. Views of the mountains from all sides was gorgeous. Close to parks and trails. My only suggestion would be making baby gear (pack n play, etc.) readily available to your guests in the future if possible. We would definitely come back to this house for any future stays in La Quinta!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool and spa were an additional charge and each time we wanted to use the spa we had to wait an hour for it to warm up. Well decorated, nice neighborhood, close to hiking trails.

Wonderful stay

This was a terrific place to stay for us (2 couples) planning a mix of hiking, golfing, eating out and cooking in. Everything was great. The home is spacious, beds really comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Everything was spotless. We appreciated having cooking basics like oils, spices etc. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The Bear Creek and Cove Oasis hiking trailheads are a block away so there’s hiking right outside the front door. A bunch of restaurants within 10 minutes’ drive. Great communication with host (Nadia) who responded to questions very promptly. In La Quinta get your wine from Desert Wine Shop, fish from Haines Packing. We enjoyed Cork and Fork (small plates), RD RNNR (fun casual) and La Brasserie. Wonderful stay. Recommended without hesitation. David
