The house is in a residential area formerly called "Le Château". The house is located halfway (350m) between the Château, the village centre, and the Moulin de Roquettes. In the park of the Château, large areas for playgrounds, sports, rest in the middle of the trees have been nicely landscaped and allow a walk passing by the Moulin of 7 kms (round trip)

Access to the hiking circuits on the banks of the Garonne leading to the confluence of the Garonne with the Ariège, then other circuits on the banks of the Ariège is 300m from the house: the Toulouse hillsides, the Garonne-Ariège confluence (nearly 40 km of hiking in total)
In less than 2 minutes, access to the Toulouse highway loop also allows you to reach Toulouse (15 min), Blagnac airport (22 min), the Place du Capitole (Toulouse Centre - Mairie 25min), the Pyrenees (50 min), the Mediterranean Sea (Narbonne in 1h30), or the Atlantic coast (Bayonne in 2h30)

Terrible

We reserved the house, paid it in full the week before our arrival. I reached out days before for entrance instructions and distracted in Paris, I forgot to check in with them. I reached out to them two days prior to our arrival and they asked me if I wanted to rent the house. I explained I already did like the house and it was paid for. They told me that they did not consent to the rental and the pool was not available and they canceled my reservation the night before I was supposed to arrive.
