This is a clean, beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, fully remodeled kitchen with a range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, Ninja Grill Foodie, Nutria Bullet, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, mugs, and storage containers. The kitchen has an island with bar stools. The unit also has a balcony with an outside grill and griddle. Additionally, there is a storage room with a washer and dryer and a chest freezer for storing frozen items during extended stays.

This unit comes with Wi-Fi and Smart TV with more than 14,000 channels. In addition to the two beds a 60"W x 90"L self-inflating queen size air mattress with bedding is available in the unit. This will expand your sleeping capacity to six personnel.

Fabulous place!

We loved our stay at Troy’s place. The apt was exactly as described. We had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked including a tea kettle! I’ll definitely suggest this place to others who maybe traveling to Anchorage. Kava House is right around the corner and was great for breakfast!

Great place to stay

Troy provided us with a comfortable, super clean, well-stocked place to stay that was convenient for exploring Anchorage as well as areas outside of Anchorage such as Wasilla. We could not have asked for a better base of operations.

Excellent Host

Great Rental!

This rental was excellent. It was in a prime location in Anchorage. Everything was well stocked and orderly. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Apartment was up graded and very nice. Manager had a nice surprise welcome when we walked in. Manager had signs outside well detailing where apartmemt C was located. He had numerous items inside that you could use.

Nice place to stay.

The apartment was nicely decorated and updated. The deck had a decent view of the snow capped mountains. It was quiet in the neighborhood. The host checked to make sure we were able to check in ok and left us with a small gift, bottles of water, coffee and a few other food items. It was fully stocked with cooking items, toiletries, blankets, etc.

Month at Elmendorf

My month stay in this extremely well kept VRBO was amazing! I have never stayed in a VRBO that was so well stocked-morning coffee, spices, kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies. Troy has thought of everything. As a single women 3,000 miles from home, I felt very safe. Close to the base and shopping.

Nice place to stay

The apartment was very clean and quiet. The owner, Troy, was very welcoming and had great suggestions for places nearby. He provided lots of amenities that you usually don't find in rentals. There was a lighted welcome sign inside with our name which was a nice touch, along with a small gift for staying there. Lots of coffee, bottled water, crackers and some other snacks all provided. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Quaint and comfortable

Very nice place, comfortable, turn key ready. Host was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He called to make sure everything was satisfactory. It was warm while we visited, and as properties in Alaska dont have a/c, he bought fans after our first night realizing that the fans would make our stay more comfortable. Would stay here again.

Amazing!!

Everything was perfect....welcome sign, a couple snacks to eat, (which was super helpful after a long flight), attentive owner. Troy followed up with us on our arrival day before we got there with a phone call, to make sure we had everything. He even called us during our stay to let us know that a moose was in the backyard if we wanted to see it. The place was very clean and organized. He thought of everything to make or stay perfect. I can't say enough of the place. Definitely a gold standard of rentals.

Amazing

I cant say enough about how great this apartment was. The host thought of absolutely everything and was very accommodating. Communication was great and he was responsive. He had water and a few snacks waiting for us when we arrived, which was wonderful after traveling all day. Apartment was immaculate. Very clean and organized. It was stocked with all the extras that you will need. Extra sheets, blankets, pillows, toilet paper, cleaning supplies. There was even a couple of toothbrushes, which came in handy since one of my boys forgot theirs. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great laundry room. Very nice appliances. Plenty of hot water. We would definitely rent from him again.

Cool apartment, meticulously maintained

Very modern and cool. The personalized electronic greeting ("Welcome, _____ family") was charming. Good location with easy access to main roads and highways. Lots of useful tips for local restaurants and sites to visit in the guestbook. Comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower! Would definitely visit again.

Alaska is an extremely beautiful place. Everyone should have this on their bucket list.

This place is ideal for long and short stays. Centrally located and excellent for doing just about anything in Anchorage and the surrounding areas. Quiet neighborhood tucked away; close to restaurants, shopping, highway and Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson.
