This property is on a corner lot with a large front yard and covered porch with string lights for entertaining outside and a patio table that sits 4. Two brand new smart TV's, New carpet and new beds (king, queen and a trundle twin xl mattress underneath the queen bed! New toilet in guest bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, electric oven/stove and fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker and comes with plates, silverware, glasses, wine glasses and kids cups, plates and silverware. We supply a pack 'n play if needed. Must have a 4WD or AWD vehicle in Winter months! RV parking in summer months available please let us know if you need it. Wi-fi, cards, puzzles and board games and cornhole are available. New grill in back (propane not provided). Not far from Flagstaff and Sedona! Enjoy a round of golf at the country club (open to public for a fee) or travel to Flagstaff for great food and plenty of things to do. In the summer rent an ATV or paddle board on the lake or play a round of golf. Munds park is close to Bearizona in Williams and only a 45 min drive from the new Canyon Coasters Adventure in Williams, Grand Canyon (2hrs away) Sedona (45min), Snowbowl (45min)
