Revel in the privacy and comfort of this rare single family home, centrally located walking distance to the Fairgrounds and just a mile to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. This stylishly decorated, new construction home has all the modern conveniences while still maintaining the character and charm of a traditional New Orleans home. Take your pic of two beautifully decorated bedrooms with a super comfy king and queen bed and a fun bonus queen Murphy bed in the living area. We are so happy to welcome furry friends, we do have a $175 pet fee so be sure to add your pet to the reservation

Great beds

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and the owners were very responsive. Our favorite part were the beds and PILLOWS. After a long day of touristing, this is was a nice place to relax and unwind.

Fantastic stay

We loved our 4 night stay over Jazz Fest. The location was great and the unit was comcortable and clean. We had a minor issue during our stay and the hosts promptly responded by text and immediately responded. Would definitely come back.

PERFECT

This property was AWESOME! The location was perfect and close to everything we needed and wanted to see. It was beautiful inside which made us very comfortable. The hosts were very nice and gave all information needed. Highly recommend this property and we would stay again! Thanks so much!

Perfect

This was our first time staying at a VRBO and it couldn't have gone any better. The home was very nice. The property manager was fantastic. And we would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. I loved the location of this home. We felt super safe, and were a few min Uber drive from the French Quarter. Host was responsive and professional. The home was super clean, and spacious. This is my fifth time visiting NOLA and I usually stay in a shot gun home, and those are super small and attached to someone. This home was private and plenty of space for 5 guests.

Great place to stay

This was a perfect place for us to stay on our visit to New Orleans. Awesome place, comfortable and clean. Location is perfect for trips to City Park, Treme and morning walks along Esplanade Avenue. Traveling down Esplanade to access Freeman St, Bywater, and French Quarter is a breeze and so much easier then Canal St access. No parking on site but never had a problem finding parking across the street. We would recommend this location to anyone.
