Love this house

We had a great stay the house it is a true New Orleans style and in a very convenient location. The host was easy to get in touch with if I had any questions and was more than accommodating.

Great Place in the Lower Garden District

My daughter and I stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert. The cottage was terrific. Very spacious and comfortable. The host was terrific and did great communicating with us. The location is truly excellent. If you have never been to this part of town, it is a true treat. Highly recommend it.

Cute place with NOLA charm

Nice home with lots of NOLA charm. It does have a quirky layout so don’t plan on a lot of privacy but was perfect for a family getaway with granddaughter and her boyfriend. Great neighborhood and park is across the street

Great place!

What a sweet find! The house is clean, charming, and in a great location. Quiet and the fence was great for the dogs. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Eagles vs Saints weekend

My husband & I along with our 2 puppies spent the weekend for the Eagles vs Saints game! We couldn't have picked a more perfect home to stay. The home was super clean, the most perfect large yard the pups had so much fun running around. We felt so comfortable and loved the open spacious area. Thanks

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a great location for walking to shopping, bars, and restaurants. The property itself is furnished well and very clean, looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect

The place was perfect for our family. Plenty of space in the house for us. We brought the dog with us and having the yard was perfect for her as well. It was quiet and not in a busy area of town. There were plenty places to eat within walking distance and we also too the trolley to canal street. Paying the $7 for a one day pass for transportation was worth it. The home was very chic and we would definitely come back and stay again. My only issue was the second bed wasn’t that comfortable but again when in New Orleans you are only there to lay your head, so definitely not worth any negative review.

Lovely renovated home with a beautiful sun porch and gorgeous vintage bathroom. The location is amazing. Walk magazine street, St Charles and the garden district!! Communication with the property manager was exemplary!

Fantastic location with lots of space but a bit tired

Overall amazing location with two spacious bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. However, note that the property is a bit worn, such as moldings that are in the process of being painted, some lights didn't work, some worn furniture.

Safe and quiet. Perfect spot for family

This property was great. Corner spot in a quiet neighborhood. Single home with 1930's charm. Felt safe and comfortable. Park across the street was nice to take our small dog for a walk. All necesseties inside home were provided. Nice to have a large space where living room and kitchen were together. Only hiccup was that garage was not available for use as we planned for but there was always plenty of parking directly on the side of the home. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and stores to shop in walking distance. And 5 minutes away from downtown experience. I Would recommend.

Amazing property and location!

So glad we decided to book even though the property had no reviews at the time! Our other property had a water issue because of the cold and the host was quick to respond, really helpful, and the house is even better in person! Comfy, spacious and updated but still had a ton of character. We wish we’d stayed here the entire time. Will be coming back! Love the location and property!

Best Nola Vacation stay

This is the best vacation spot I've stayed in, hands down. The house has the character and charm of a true vintage home and the comfort of a modern home. Its quiet but still in a lively, cultured neighborhood. I've been to New Orleans for vacation since I was a kid and this is by far, my best visit. And the bonus is I could bring my dog and she loved the yard and had a great view of the park across the street from.the porch. I honestly could not be more please. Cannot wait to come back!

Location, character, and perfect for pets

This place is gorgeous - lovingly restored or well kept. Great yard for the dogs and just diagonal to a park. Very dog friendly area. Bus stop is directly outside the front gate and you can buy a very inexpensive pass to go anywhere without needing Uber. At night it can be challenging to get a parking spot so I recommend to try to get there as close to 4 (check in) as possible for ease of unpacking. There is a coffee shop, MoJo's, a short block behind the house - you must try it. Three are a couple of bars down Camp Street, less than a quarter of a mile, with delicious food. You may hear a little noise on the weekends from the party buses, but overall quiet area. The beds are not the most comfortable, but not bad - one is softer and one is harder so pick the one closest to your preference. There is no ice maker but there is a freezer to put a bag of ice in and there is a bonus washer and dryer that I didn't see in the listing. I would definitely stay here again on a next trip to NOLA!

Charming Home in Lovely Neighborhood!

Beautifully decorated and carefully restored historic home. Great for pets with the completely fenced in yard and beautiful and clean park right across the street! Also plenty of street parking. Always felt safe in this neighborhood even when walking our dog late at night. House itself has all necessities - Apple TV in living room allows you to connect your own devices. Microwave and coffee maker. Also within 10 walk to a stretch on Magazine street with good restaurants and shops. Owners leave a very thoughtful list of restaurants! My only complaint would be that the beds are fine, but not the most comfortable (Also not the worst I’ve stayed at!). Over all I would stay here again. It was great to have the living room/kitchen combo to gather with friends when we wanted a more quiet night in!

Roomy and comfortable inside

The house is an older house that sits on the corner of 2 very high traffic streets. When we arrived we were not able to park close to the house, which was a little inconvenient for unloading our luggage. Parking close was an issue at times but there were times we were able to park right next to the house. The house has an unusual layout but is large and the rooms are very roomy. We were there for my daughter’s wedding and asked for an early checkin. The host very graciously accommodated our request and communicated and responded to us very quickly during our stay. We had an issue with getting the tv’s to work. I do not have a remote at home that requires charging, so I was unaware that that could be an issue. There were no instructions stating the remote may need charging. The second tv was unplugged and I had to move the chest of drawers in order to plug in the tv. The tvs are smart tvs but are older and kind of small, not great for watching football or the boxing match that was on while we were there. We were provided 4 towels, no washcloths. The kitchen appliances were all new and very nice. The furnishings were nice and comfortable with the exception of the bed in the large bedroom. The mattress slanted downward on the sides as if there wasn’t much support underneath. The house was clean, quiet, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The yard was large and fenced. The front porch was great to sit on and there’s a lovely fountain next to it. All in all it was a pleasant stay
