Discover ALTA, this charming family home, perfect for stays with friends or family. Located just 1.5 km from the picturesque Trévignon harbor and its beaches, as well as the local restaurants at the point, this peaceful retreat offers a large garden, ideal for relaxing in the sun or letting the children play safely. The spacious and bright house can accommodate up to 10 people.



The Accommodation:



Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a lovely, functional entrance, perfect for dropping off your belongings. There’s also a small shower area available for rinsing off after a day at the beach. As you continue your tour, you'll walk down a hallway leading to the living spaces of the house.



The large, separate kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. You’ll then find a spacious dining area with the living room, featuring a vaulted ceiling (note: there is no TV in the living room). The atmosphere is warm and friendly, with a large table perfect for family or group meals. From these areas, you have direct access to the vast garden and terrace, where you can enjoy drinks in the sun while the children have fun on the swing.



On the ground floor, you will also find a separate laundry room, a WC, and a master bedroom with a view of the garden. This room has a large bathroom with an Italian shower. A TV is also available in this room for your relaxation.



The first floor, accessible by stairs, houses the sleeping area. Here, you’ll discover four connected bedrooms: one with two single beds, a dormitory with two single beds and a bunk bed, as well as two bedrooms with double beds. On this floor, you’ll also find two small shower rooms and a separate WC. For moments of calm, a lovely mezzanine overlooking the living room offers a perfect space for reading or relaxing after a busy day at the beach.



What we love: the house’s ideal location near the beaches, restaurants, and the Trévignon point, its large garden, generous living spaces, and its exposure that bathes the living areas in light.



Good to know: you can park for free in the house courtyard. A baby cot and a high chair are always available in the accommodation free of charge.
