Bachelorette night

Smells of smoke, we had no trash bags or toilet paper except for 1 roll to share between 8 girls, ants in the kitchen. However, it served its purpose of having a place to crash after a night out.

Dirty frat vibes

Biggie Smalls would never. This place was gross. Broken fixtures, burnt out lights, dirty (spider eggs on the porch, trash, a cooler with mold in it), broken screen door, broken front door, two broken lamps, and several areas where tiles were coming down or had been ripped up. Floors and vents were grumpy. Refrigerator drawers were sticky and dried food was on the floor in front of the fridge. The dishwasher wouldn't turn off, and there were several broken chairs, lamps, and burnt out bulbs. It smelled like cigarettes and aerosol spray. And the most irritating thing of all is I booked this for three ladies over 70 and disclosed that. I should've been informed that two of the bedrooms are in the disgusting basement and that half the stairwell has no railing. As a result two of our guests slept on the couches because they couldn't safely get downstairs. I paid too much money for this. I am certain the place has not been cleaned, even unprofessionally in some time. I've got photos of this because it was truly gross. Too bad, because the B.R.G. theme was a cool idea and the decor related to that was cool. Anyway, I would not recommend this place except for a frat party.

Awful place, reeks of smoke!

This property does not look anything like the pictures. Tall grass out front, one of the doors was broken leading into the screened in porch area. It said it was a non-smoking place, and the smell of smoke was so bad that we barely stepped in the place before we left. Do not recommend staying here at all

Best Host

We booked this home from Tanner for my boyfriend's birthday. Tanner could not have been any more accommodating; we were having trouble with our booking and he went to the ends of the earth to make it all work out. Not to mention how beautiful and well put together, the house was very clean and felt like a home. The neighbors were also very friendly and welcomed us. Tanner is the best and so is his house, hands down.
