Clean and convenient

Stayed one night. Location is great. Lots of games and things to do at the house. Good communication.

Pros: Nice Kitchen and comfortable furniture. Check-in: Couldn't find a house number, house is a different color than the picture online, door knob in screen door is broken. Once inside the house: no window treatments in front room which is where the ping pong table is located. This is the room that faces rhe street and you have to walk through to get to the upstairs bedrooms and to the kitchen and livingroom. Felt very exposed to the outside.No window treatments in the bathrooms. There is air conditioning on rhe main floor but not in the upstairs bedrooms. There are fans you can plug in but they were filthy. Had to clean the ceiling fan in the bedroom before using. The sheets are paper thin. The bedroom downstairs felt damp. Little knats or fruit flies were flying in the house which we found coming from the trash cans outside that haven't been empty in quite sometime. I had to clean the keurig coffee machine because it was putting black stuff in our water. We realize this is an old house but that doesn't mean you can't wash the walls and fix the holes and clean up the outside.
