Great for our large group and close enough to Indianapolis for events. Water was hot, amenities were nice. Definitely an older house and some of the steps were a little uneven, but overall was a nice stay.

The only downside was they require you to purchase a 60 non-refundable insurance policy or 1500 refundable policy. That was not in the description and a little frustrating since the price shown is suppose to what it is all in, not a surprise extra 60.

Hi Brandi, thank you for this feedback. We will add the insurance policy/security deposit to the description. (Unfortunately, we've had a couple of incidents with guests causing serious damage and no way to recover repair costs via VRBO. This is why we now have the insurance policy / security deposit.)

Fantastic house with great design. Plenty of amenities, two living rooms (one is vintage), huge bathrooms and just overall lots of space. The instructions are clear and the communication with the hosts was excellent. They approved my request for a late checkout as well.I highly recommend it if you’re planning on visiting Indianapolis.
