Family vacation

The property was very beautiful more then enough room for everyone didn't get clear direction on how well to clean up from property manager so I tried to levee it how I found it.

Messy and gross, charged for pre-existing damage

The place is a mess. And it gets worse. General stuff all over the house and rooms, like it’s being lived it. Still Christmas on every floor. Rotting food in cabinets Pile of trash and broken items in back yard, like bicycle non-functioning bbq, beer boxes, broken bed headstand, pile of unidentified objects. Worst part of the stay, she claimed over $3000 worth of damages. Claimed we broke the floor??? Claimed all the bed sets were damaged, and smoke damage. I was astonished, as we left the place almost better than how we found it. Don’t trust food left in the house, signal and salt jars seem to be mixed with other stuff. Fermenting jar of vegetables in the cabinet that has oozed out the top, gluing the jar to the cabinet floor. Bathrooms were dirty. No toilet paper, paper towels. Had to wash all the dishes before using. Broken door handle for entry, have to pad lock the door to keep it closed. Difficult with multiple people staying and only one key. The list goes on… would not stay again. Beds were super uncomfortable. Frame for the main/king bed was broken and super uncomfortable.

My house is a best house in vegas that make all my guests happy and appreciated us when they spent the nights here. This group is the worsest group I ever seen they trashed my .half million dollars house when they lelf. Ruined my Capet They Doing drugs in my house. Weed over the place, Broken all the beds. Night lights. Smoked in the house , my house with all cigarettes smell from the smoke, cigarette butts everywhere in the bedrooms toilets kitchen and floors. They Drunk all my wines bottles from the bar, they lelt all the dirty dishes, glasses paper towels toilet paper everywhere. All My asking is VRBO should block this account to avoid more damages to another the listing on VRBO. VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE

Church anniversary

The house is beautiful, in a very nice neighborhood, everything is around there, but!! The house was not clean at all, lot of dust everywhere, broken toilet ect. Beautiful house to stay in but not clean!! And they charge way to much for cleaning,,, not right

Below standard in cleanliness

Not really cleaned well to welcome guests. Old possibly not cleaned sheets still on beds. Dirty floors. Tubs and sinks still dirty. Cleaning products still out on counters when arrived. Moldy coffee maker with old ground and filter. Leaking toilet. Backyard patio with leftover beer bottles at the grill. Paid well in advance thinking property would be cleaned and ready to welcome guests.

Amazing!

Such a beautiful and spacious home! We never ran out of basic essentials. Very comfortable, enjoyed the game station! Would highly recommend, its way beautiful in person and the neighborhood is so calm and safe!
