Wonderful house to share with a group of friends. Beds are super comfortable. Great spaces to hang out with a group inside and outside. Floors get a little dusty and dirty the bottom of your feet. I would bring slippers next time.

The host was amazing. She made contact with me right away after booking. Kept in contact the whole stay. The house is super clean, pool and hot tub were very nice to relax in. I would definitely stay here again.

A cute little house however was disappointed in cleanliness, sheets dirty in one of the bedrooms, bedroom 1 actually lumps in the mattress TV does not work, light out in bathroom. Floors have not been cleaned let my grandson crawl on the floor and he literally had black hands and legs. No access to cleaning supplies besides dish soap. No remote to turn on the hot tub and manual says there should be one for this property. Main shower curtain liner is covered in mold.

We take pride in maintaining the property and would have immediately resolved any issues—cleaning, maintenance, or missing items—had we been given the opportunity. Addressing multiple concerns after checkout, without prior notice, makes it difficult to verify or correct in real time. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every check in, and we have not received similar feedback. Great location and welcoming property

If you wanna stay in Las Vegas but get some quiet time away from down town this is a great choice. Short drive to anywhere. A nice quiet neighborhood and welcoming.

Relaxing and convenient!

Our family came to Vegas for a concert at the Sphere and this property made our trip complete! Great place to spend time with family and take a break between Vegas adventures. I would highly recommend this property!

Great stay in Las Vegas

My girlfriends and I stayed for a small bachelorette party and the house was so cute and accommodating and spacious. Super conveniently located close to downtown so Ubers were super quick and easy as well. Would highly recommend!!!

Super clean Las Vegas Oasis

This property was super clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood in reasonable Uber/Taxi distance to Freemont Street, the strip, and the Arts District. Definitely would stay again if returning to Las Vegas.
