Terry was a great host---we were only there two days and she checked in on us several times and even helped us correct a bizarre issue that was way out of anyone's control within an hour of messaging. The property is great, the pool was SO refreshing, and everything was super comfortable! Great location for hanging out while still being close to all the action of the strip :)

We would HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking for a spacious and quiet retreat just minutes from the strip. It is absolutely true that it takes 10 minutes to the Bellagio fountain (by car), yet the property is tucked away and offers a tranquil back space with a great pool and sitting area. We traveled with a group of 7 ranging in age from 13 to late 50's and all enjoyed this space very much. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need and we ordered food to the house with no problems for delivery within less than 30 min. The bathrooms are large and clean, and the host supplied very high quality cosmetics, and even pool towels. This is one of the best VRBO's we ever stayed at and I would HIGHLY recommend it for anyone interested in a Vegas trip without the limitations of a hotel and the hassle of strip crowds. The communication with the host was immediate and extremely responsive, though we had no issues at all and needed no assistance. We will definitely book this place again.

Wonderful house to share with a group of friends. Beds are super comfortable. Great spaces to hang out with a group inside and outside. Floors get a little dusty and dirty the bottom of your feet. I would bring slippers next time.

We have stayed many places during NFR and this is on my top places clean, neighborhood seemed safe, isn’t too far from the strip , pool and hot tub were great for all of us -thank u so much for having us

Great location and welcoming property

If you wanna stay in Las Vegas but get some quiet time away from down town this is a great choice. Short drive to anywhere. A nice quiet neighborhood and welcoming.

Relaxing and convenient!

Our family came to Vegas for a concert at the Sphere and this property made our trip complete! Great place to spend time with family and take a break between Vegas adventures. I would highly recommend this property!

Great stay in Las Vegas

My girlfriends and I stayed for a small bachelorette party and the house was so cute and accommodating and spacious. Super conveniently located close to downtown so Ubers were super quick and easy as well. Would highly recommend!!!

Super clean Las Vegas Oasis

This property was super clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood in reasonable Uber/Taxi distance to Freemont Street, the strip, and the Arts District. Definitely would stay again if returning to Las Vegas.
