Peak View Cottage is a cozy and quaint two bedroom / one bathroom home near downtown Colorado Springs. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood, close to great restaurants and downtown entertainment. The property includes a driveway with room to park two cars plus additional street parking. The cottage provides a wonderful fenced in backyard space to grill out and relax while taking in the spectacular mountain views of Pikes Peak.

Less than a mile to downtown Colorado Springs. Inside Peak View Cottage, you will feel right at home. It's a relaxing space with an open living and dining room. The cottage has a wonderful sitting room that may be used for multiple purposes. By morning, get your day started with a cup of coffee while reading a great book or the news. By night, unwind with a glass of wine and a game of cards. Inside the kitchen, guests will find everything they need to make a tasty meal. The cottage kitchen is brand new and fully updated. Off of the kitchen is a newly updated bathroom / laundry room. Both bedroom spaces are the perfect place to lay your head and get a great night of sleep after a fun day exploring Colorado Springs.
