Guests will have the entire home to themselves. The main entrance to the home has a keypad lock to enter a code. We work with a 5-star cleaning service thoroughly coached in sanitizing and disinfecting all surfaces, linens, towels, leather upholstery, and kitchenware on routine bases because our guest's safety and health are our top priority. This centrally located home in Southeast Colorado Springs is comfortable, modern, and clean ready for guests.

I am a football (soccer) lover and a die-hard supporter of FC Barcelona and Liverpool FC. I also enjoy hiking, reading, dancing, fishing, (especially ice fishing), movies, and spending quality family time with my wife and daughter.

This bilayer property is located in the highly sought after neighborhood of Powers, zoned for an A rated school district. This completely remodeled designers home have 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms sitting on a 1632 sqft of living space. The moment you arrive at this home, you are greeted with a beautifully designed front yard, a unique coded keypad, a carefully arranged living room, stainless steel kitchen appliances, colorfully assembled dining section and spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet and bathroom on the upper level.
The lower level comprises of a well-equipped family room with a card game box for family game night. This level also boasts of 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen-sized beds, a bathroom, and a laundry room.
