Adorable one bedroom, 5 min walk to the lake

This adorable one bedroom apartment above a garage, is the perfect place to relax. It is within easy walking distance to Lake Champlain, where you can launch a kayak or go fishing. There is a futon for extra guests, in addition to the queen bed. The apartment has a small electric range and fridge so you can cook homemade meals, if you prefer. Centrally located between Montreal, Burlington, and Plattsburgh. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis, There’s plenty of parking for boats or snow machine trailers. We are less than 5 miles to a large boat launch and very close to VAST trails.

Really nice location, great apartment but be aware the bathroom and shower are very small. Was not a problem for us, we enjoyed our stay.

Very cute clean apartment

Beautiful little apartment. All the comforts of home! The kitchen was stocked with bottle waters, KCups, snacks, oatmeal and a few other items! Nice quiet safe neighborhood!

Good overnight hotel room. Easy to make breakfast. Oners very helpful Very, very small and not good as a vacation cabin where you would like to relax. You have to live like a Vermonter with no services close by.

Cute, comfortable and great location!

Everything you need in a compact and comfortable space. There are several restaurant within a short drive and you can easily get to hiking locations on both sides of Lake Champlain. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning, enjoying a cup of coffee with a lovely view. Tanya is a friendly and welcoming host who replies to messages quickly. If we are in the area again, I will definitely be checking the availability here!

Bike Touring Around Lake Champlain

An adorable, comfortable well-appointed apartment on a quiet street - just a short walk to the lake. It was the perfect place to stop on our tour around the lake. We especially appreciated the well-appointed kitchen. Tanya was a kind, generous and thoughtful host!

Great Little Apartment!

We were in town for a wedding at a nearby venue, so the location was perfect. My husband had Covid, so just my son & I stayed. We were basically sleeping there, so it met our needs. Tayna, our host, was wonderful. She responded to my questions in an efficient manner. Check-in & check-out was easy. I think you should know that there is no door for the bedroom.

Lovely place to stay!!

We had a great time and would highly recommend this location and host! We loved the rental and the host was very easy to reach anytime we had a question. We cannot wait to go back!!
