Enjoy your vacation days in this sweet comfortable brand new one room tiny house! Set back from the lake with lots of privacy, you have access to Lake Champlain via a beautiful private park with a beach within 5 minutes easy walking distance! The tiny house is attached in the back to the main cottage with a separate entrance. This back location provides nice privacy with your own private deck! Beautifully designed, airy with vaulted ceiling featuring cherry beams! It has a full kitchen, bath and fantastic easy to use comfortable Murphy bed!

On a private quiet road that runs along the lake, you have lots of privacy neighboring a peaceful forest which offers beautiful sunrises and reflections of gorgeous sunsets! Sit and relax on your own private deck or enjoy a sunset libation at the park!

The cottage is 2 miles from the Canadian border, offering lots of fun French Quebec exploration! And only 55 miles from Montreal! A nice day trip! Enjoy some poutine!

The Lake Champlain Islands are famous for bird migratory, walking and bike riding! We are very close to the Missisquoi National Wildlife Refuge which has lots of trails!

Need I say more? You are not going to want to leave!

Our stay with Linda in Alburgh was great! The space was exactly as advertised, very clean and peaceful for our weekend stay in Northern Vermont. Communication was great before and during our trip, I would definitely recommend staying with Linda if you are headed to the area. P.s. phenomenal water pressure in the shower!

Alburgh Adventure

This tiny house was perfect for me and my husband. It was close to all the things that we wanted to do and the place was clean and the communication with the host was excellent. Lots of places to walk, very quiet neighborhood and some pretty good restaurants around.

Very Quiet & Cozy

me and my girlfriend went on a weekend long vacation and we really enjoyed staying at this little place. Although the place is not on a “lake” like we thought, the lake is a little down the road, we still enjoyed it. The owner let us borrow her kayaks & was very friendly. The stay was very peaceful and the place is in excellent condition.

The host was lovely! The listing is as described and we loved having a base camp for our mini break. The property abuts the host’s house and shares a wall but is a completely separate studio with a spacious vaulted ceiling and beams. She was kind enough to loan us her kayaks for a beautiful sunset paddle on the lake. Though the property is located in a small neighborhood with close neighbors, the tiny house faces away from the lake and so it feels private and cozy. It is also close to Canada and New York so there are various options for exploring.

Cozy place for two.

We went up for a quick visit to see family in Rouses Point NY. This place was perfect. It was a quick drive back into NY. The place was very clean and had everything you would need. It is tiny which is explained in the description but it was perfect for what we needed. Linda was a great host and was available for any questions.

Great quiet spot near the lake!

This is a great place to stay while I was working an event nearby. It’s like an efficiency unit with a vaulted ceiling and all the amenities you need. I really appreciated how clean and new everything is, the shower is awesome and it’s quiet! The kitchen has everything I needed! The owner provides lots of details of things to do and food and groceries in the area. I really like how it looks out the back of the property and has its own deck. You’re just across the drive from the lake and if I had time, I would’ve tried out the kayak! Thanks for a great stay. Can’t wait to return!

Awesome VT heavenly haven!!!

Linda is an exceptional host. We had barely pulled up when she came and welcomed us. Then met us at the door of the cottage behind her home. Everything was exactly as the pics shown and described. Plenty of room, clean, comfortable. We loved it. Perfect and just right for the two of us. A quiet, picturesque haven away from the hustle and bustle of a large family reunion. The location and community is wicked awesome (as we say here in Maine). We definitely will be back and stay with Linda again.
