Our 2-story Sail Bay home with water views from the rooftop deck is in the heart of all of the best shopping, dining, beaches and bars of Pacific and Mission Beach. Ideal for families and those looking for a quiet stay, we are a mile from Sea World and 1 block to Sail Bay & Fanuel Park where the kids can play in the sand. Our home is fully equipped with garaged parking and jacuzzi.
1st FLOOR LAYOUT:

- Gas Fireplace (does not work; for looks only)

We really enjoyed our stay at Heathers town home. It was perfect for our two families and somehow the kids immediately found the toys in the house and had a blast playing with them! Our one issue was that we couldn’t get the hot tub to work, but it wasn’t a big deal. We loved the roof top deck and watched the Seaworld drone show every night at 8:45. It was the highlight of the kids trip. We’d definitely stay here again.

Weekend trip

Loved the property and location. The roof deck is a nice place to hang out and you’re just a couple minutes from the Bayside Walk path which will take you all over the bay. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous home in the perfect location!

Went to San Diego for my birthday and this was the perfect place to stay! The house was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable and I liked that all the rooms had a designated bathroom and shower. It takes less than one minute to get to the mission bay walk which we loved. Heather and Jessica were so communicative and had a million amazing recommendations for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular

Wonderful home in a fabulous neighborhood. Walkable to just about anything you want to do in the area, also with easy access to main roads and freeways if you're heading to downtown . Comfortable, great bedrooms, and the hosts are impeccable. Quick responses and very friendly. A truly memorable stay. 5-stars for everything.

Pacific Beach New Years trip

We had an incredible New Year's getaway at this Vrbo property! The stunning views, cozy interiors, and thoughtful amenities including the hot tub and rooftop bar made our stay truly memorable. The attention to detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedding, exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal, providing both tranquility and easy access to local attractions. The seamless booking process and excellent communication with the host added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a perfect holiday retreat!

Everything was great we only had one problem which wasn’t that bad. Every morning there were ants in the kitchen sink. Always cleaned up and sprayed under the sink but still there

Located in a quiet neighborhood, our home is family friendly, well equipped, spacious and has gated parking for 2! Enjoy stunning Bay views & front row seating to the near-nightly Seaworld fireworks! Enjoy dinner on your private rooftop deck or relax in your secluded patio hot tub. We are 300 ft to Sail Bay & Fanuel Park where the kids can play in the sand. The beach and Catamaran resort are minutes away, and you are walking distance to all of the great bars, restaurants & shopping of PB.
