Marbella is a gated development located in the Davenport area of Central Florida, in Polk County. Your drive to Disney is approximately 20 minutes and to most of the attractions that Orlando has to offer. Set in a peaceful location within a wooded conservation area, shopping is on your doorstep with the newly opened Posner Park Retail Outlet. With exceptionally easy access to both the I-4 and the 192 you can reach many of the beaches Florida area has to offer with Busch Gardens & Tampa just over an hour way. It was perfect if you have kids, not too hot. My kids enjoyed going back and forth. The place was clean and smelled good. My children felt safe in a quiet calm area still close to shops.

Easy in and out. There was Tp, wash clothes and hand towels, beautiful pool and hot tub, pool towels too. Just great. Only 1 suggestion would be pool beach balls just to hit back in forth. That’s it. I would stay here again if I where to come back to Davenport

This home is a gem. Great neighborhood, beautiful home, comfortable bed.Pool was wonderful along with the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving plates bowls and silverware.

Great Family Vacay

Perfect stay and big enough for a family. Great location right in between the beaches and the main attractions in Orlando. We would definitely stay here again. Minutes from the supermarket Walmart and a hospital in the event of an emergency.

Booked this since it was not far from a lot of what we wanted to do. House was very clean, stocked with what we needed and in a very nice neighborhood. Property manager was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Family vacation

The property was lovely, just ask pictured. Traveled with my husband, 3 kids and my dad. Half hour drive to Disney and 40 minutes to universal studios from the property. It was nice to have a quiet and safe place to rest and relax. The kids loved the private pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect place to stay!

We had a family reunion at Disney and this was the perfect place for us! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, VERY clean, extra towels and sheets, beautiful patio, pool and hot tub. Very easy check-in and out process. We didn’t need to communicate with the owner except for some questions since we are first time VRBO’ers and he was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful! Highly recommend this property!

Great stay in Disney area

Property was as described and kid friendly - pool and hot tub were fantastic. Plenty of space and rooms in the house and washer/dryer were an added benefit. Frank (owner) was great with communication and fast to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.
