We had a fantastic stay at Julius’s place. The property was very nice, safe and secure, just as we expected. We would definitely come back and highly recommend staying here. Julius was a very responsive host, and we are really thankful to him for making our stay so wonderful.

What an amazing stay. Home is beautiful. Area is beautiful, gated and safe. Had a great time in the pool. Home is well equipped for cooking meals from home. Julius was a perfect host. We will stay here again for sure.

Our stay was amazing and check in was super convenient and easy as we got in late. The home was located within 15 minutes to LegoLand which was the purpose for our trip. The kids loved the pool and game room in the garage which gave them activities while we were at the property. Highly recommend!

I don't know why there were negative reviews because the moment my family and I arrived at this home, we fell in love! It was clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed everything about this place. Yes, there's only one TV, but the house made up for it. The host was great he responded promptly and was very polite. He even called to check on us. There was an incident when one of the kids bumped into the statue by the door and broke it. We're willing to cover that if the insurance doesn't. Next time I come back it'll be with my bestie If you're thinking about reserving this house don't think twice, it's worth every penny

We had such a wonderful stay at this property in Haines City! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how incredibly clean everything was — honestly the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire home was so relaxing and welcoming.The hot tub was amazing, the pool was great, and the kids had an absolute blast in the game room. There was plenty of space for our whole family, and the quiet neighborhood made it even more peaceful. It ended up being one of the most relaxing trips we’ve ever taken to Florida.The home had everything we needed for our two-week stay, including all the appliances and kitchen essentials to cook meals at home, which saved us a lot of money from eating out constantly.We also truly appreciated the host — he was so kind and thoughtful, even checking in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. That level of care really stood out to us.My husband and I had a wonderful time, the kids loved it, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I am incredibly grateful for everything; the house has absolutely everything needed for a wonderful stay. It comes equipped with a complete set of kitchen essentials and then some which worked out much better for everyone. The pool and hot tub were phenomenal; we absolutely loved them. The bedrooms and the rest of the house were perfect and impeccably clean. The owner even had the house cleaned and prepared for us the night before, allowing us to check in early given that we had driven a very long distance a gesture that not just anyone would make. Our experience was a total success and best of all we were able to see family members we hadn't seen in ages, which made the trip even more special. My kids love it, my husband love it, my family love it, and I love it as well. We are come back soon, but I fell so in love with the place that we will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for everything Julius

3/10 the place had enough space. The jacuzzi was clogged and never worked so we did not use the pool or jacuzzi at all. The house was not clean, so we had to go purchase cleaning product and clean it ourselves. We had to share one tv and it was only in livingroom. We made the best of it and just did movie night each night together as a family. The house needed a candle or air freshener to help with unclean smell. The only positives was the beds were comfortable and Julius stayed in communication with us the entire time. The property is nice they just need a reliable cleaning crew. They need to manage check in time better. Make sure everything is working properly

The owner has his son living in the house that is in the listing. You are not renting an entire property to yourself. It was very creepy to know that a room connected to the house has another occupant in the house. I will file a formal complaint with VRBO. How we came to know the son was there is because his son parked his car in the driveway. After a long day to Disney we came home to the car in the driveway. There was a locked door that has access to the house and from the outside and that is where the son lives.

My family and I had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as listed and in a great location near plenty of stores and restaurants. Each room was plenty spacious for my family of 6. The star of the property was of course the pool, we literally had to force the kids out everyday. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future when we return. This property is amazing. It looks just like the photos. It's located in a gated community which made us feel even more safe. The host communicated above and beyond. He checked in to make sure everything was going well. We definitely will be retuning.
