The apartment consists of a large open-plan living area opening onto a bright terrace, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors on summer evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and utensils for preparing delicious dishes. The dining area, with a table for two people, opens onto a cosy lounge corner furnished with a sofa and television. In the evening, the latter transforms into a comfortable sleeping area thanks to a 140x200 cm sofa bed.

A modern bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet, completes the apartment.
