The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.

The master bedroom boasts a 160x200 cm queen bed dressed with luxury hotel-quality linens. A dedicated workspace is also available—ideal for work or study. A spacious closet ensures you can unpack and feel right at home.

The bathroom has a sink, large mirror, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment undergoes professional cleaning between each stay.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
