WONDERFUL LOCAL LIFE: Visit the local wine shop and green grocer, butcher, cheese shop, florist and even Chinese take-out -- just steps away on rue Damremont. The twice-per-week market all along rue Ordoner is a must-do if you are in Paris on a Wednesday or Sunday. You'll also find a Franprix supermarket just down the street on rue Damremont, a Monoprix around the corner on rue Vauvenargues, and a Carrefour City on the corner of rue Lamarck and rue Carpeaux which is open late and on Sundays. The daily market street on Avenue de St. Ouen offers all the fresh food you could ever dream of, with an even larger selection than rue Damremont!

Pure Paris! This stunning 2-bedroom apartment is the perfect fit for family and friends! With two completely independent queen bedrooms on opposite sides of the main apartment hallway, everyone will enjoy complete comfort in this spacious apartment. Shopping at the fabulous food markets on rue Damremont are at your doorstep, including the famous Delmontel bakery, Chez Virginie cheese shop, and Arnaud Larher chocolate shop. The entire apartment was fully renovated just three years ago, and you will find many thoughtful touches throughout.

BEDROOM 1: Featuring a queen bed, this bedroom is located on the street side of the building. The windows are double-glazed and designed for blocking street noise. This bedroom also offers plenty of storage with built-in shelves and cabinets.

BEDROOM 2: Also featuring a queen bed, this bedroom is located across the hall from the first bedroom, and is located on the quiet courtyard side of the building. There is a full wall of built-in closets in this bedroom.

BATHROOM: The modern bathroom features a combination shower with full-sized bathtub, sink, vanity area with storage. The toilet is separate and located off the main hallway.

KITCHEN: The kitchen has full-sized appliances, such as an electric four-burner stove, full-sized electric oven, dishwasher, clothes washer, refrigerator with freezer, electric water kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary pots, pans and dishes and utensils for cooking. You'll even find basic cooking spices and condiments, providing all the tools you'll need to enjoy preparing meals at home with fresh produce, fish, meat and cheese found in the neighborhood at local traiteurs.

LIVING AREA: You'll find an extendable dining table for 4-6 guests in the living room, and a breakfast bar with bar stools in the kitchen. It also offers a comfortable sofa bed for two.

FAMILIES: Families will enjoy the park at Square Carpeaux just around the corner.

STAY CONNECTED: The apartment has WIFI internet and a landline telephone with free international calling to many countries (US & Canada included - ask for other countries). The main living room TV has cable and access to some English-language news stations.

TRANSPORTATION: Metro Lamarck-Caulaincourt (Line 12) is about a 5-minute walk, as is Guy Moquet (Line 13). The 95 and 81 buses are also excellent options for visiting Paris.

Great family stay in Paris

This was a great place for our family (5 with 3 teenagers) during our vacation in Paris. Ideal location within walking distance of the metro, bakeries, restaurants and Montmarte. Apartment was small but ideal for a place to sleep. The host was accessible and provided recommendations in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Long Weekend in Paris

This was a great property in a wonderful neighborhood. Our checkin was simple and everything we did on our trip was conveniently accessible by metro from the apartment. Would definitely recommend and would stay again the next time I’m in Paris.

Happy in Montmartre

Good location for all things Paris! Easy walk to the Metro, great restaurants nearby. Lovely, comfy apartment and good communication with the host who offered plenty of info and options for us to choose. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. It fit our group of 5 very well. The location is perfect for travel by metro and bus getting us to all of our planned activities! Louvre, Eiffel Tower, notre dame, etc. the host communication was perfect with details about everything we needed!! Can’t thank you enough!

Trip to Paris

The apartment was on the third floor and the stairs were difficult for some of us. The neighborhood had many choices for food and drinks. Close to metro. Check in was great with Ida. Paula was very gracious as well. I would enjoy staying in Montmartre again!

Perfect Paris Vacation

This apartment was the perfect place to stay for the week trip we spent in Paris. The neighborhood is great — plenty of restaurants and shops and near two metro stops. The apartment is lovely, just as described. It had everything we needed, and it was a wonderful place to relax. We were greeted by Yasmin and Cyril when we arrived, and they showed around the apartment answering all our questions, including where to go for dinner that evening. Of all our VRBO stays, this one had the friendliest host — they made us feel so welcome.

Nice apartment away from the tourist area

This two bedroom, third floor walk-up worked well for my sisters and me. The pull out bed in the living room was okay for me while my sisters each had a bedroom. The separate toilet room came in handy as did the well stocked kitchen. We were within easy walking distance to Montmartre and the bakery next door was wonderful. We did take a reasonably priced Uber to get to Musee D’Orsay.

Furniture was old, beds were good, couch bed not so good. Not really clean, could not use the washer dryer as they were full of mold. Moldy tiles in grout in shower. Would not recommend to anyone. Very hot , with only one tiny fan to help cool the room

Adorably perfect two bedroom flat in great location!

Everything about this place was excellent. The communication on when to meet for check-in was exceptional, considering our flight was cancelled. I was able to easily contact them to rearrange the time. The flat is in a quiet adorable neighborhood close to everything you could need including the metro! Our last day the owner stopped by and even helped us carry our luggage down the 3 flights of stairs. Will absolutely stay again! Thank you!

Lovely apartment

It’s a lovely small apartment in a wonderful neighbourhood. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. My only criticism is that the sofa bed is very lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep in and is awkward to set up and put away. This is a 5 star stay if you don’t need the sofa bed, and 4 star if you do. It’s just quite awkward and uncomfortable if you need that 3rd bed. Everything else is great!

Fabulous apartment to stay at in Paris!

The amenities in this property felt like they were brand new, everything was so clean and sparky! The beds were very comfortable. The location is really fabulous, with markets, restaurants, bakeries, metro stations, anything you need very close by. The street it’s on is a pretty busy one though so the street side bedroom is a little noisy, but the amount of things nearby more than makes up for it! The personal greetings from property managers when we arrived were wonderful, with instructions given for all of the appliances so we never had any worries about how to use all the fabulous amenities! We already want to come back and stay here again and I would recommend to anyone going to Paris in a heartbeat!

Very good communication!

Super detailed instructions for everything from how to check in to how to operate each appliance. Very good communication altogether and for the small problem we did have which was solved promptly. Great neighborhood with lots of stores (mostly open Tuesday through Saturday). Comfortable beds. It is three floor walk up. Within an hour walk you are at Sacre Coeur. Don’t miss it even though there are a lot of steps to get there. Might want to Uber otherwise, go though, beautiful church with stunning views of Paris.

We had a wonderful stay at Apt CARRERA in the Montmartre neighborhood of Paris. The flat was exactly as described—full of Parisian charm, clean, comfortable, and very well suited for our family of five (two adults and three teenage daughters). It’s a thoughtfully maintained space with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring.The location is absolutely fantastic. Just a short walk from the Metro, yet tucked into a neighborhood so rich in character that you don’t even need to leave Montmartre to feel like you’ve truly experienced Paris. We walked to every major attraction in the area—from Sacré-Cœur to the artists’ square at Place du Tertre—and loved taking in the cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and lively cafés along the way.One of the highlights of staying here was the neighborhood itself. The variety of food options was incredible—cheese shops, bakeries, a butcher, wine stores, and several small grocery markets were all nearby. We appreciated being able to shop locally and enjoy authentic French meals right at home.Apt CARRERA was a perfect home base for our Paris adventure, offering comfort, convenience, and an authentic neighborhood vibe. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris, especially families looking for a charming and well-located flat.

Comfortable and well-equipped cosy Paris apt.

This apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and excellently and thoughtfully outfitted with everything guests could need. The decor is very nice, everything is new and well-taken care of, the beds are very comfortable, there is plenty of room for clothes, ample heat and hot water, and there was a generous supply of basic cooking supplies - coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, etc. Above all, everything worked, including the Wifi. The triple-glazed windows blocked all city noise very effectively, and the back bedroom is also quiet at night with the window open. The neighborhood was one that we didn't know previously, although we know Paris quite well, and will definitely stay there again - NOT touristy, full of little food shops, and well serviced by metro and bus. The property manager Paula and her colleague Georgina were extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. One small suggestion - the living room could use more light: it had only one standing lamp. We ended up moving a lamp from the front bedroom into the living room. But that's a minor and easily fixable detail. We highly recommend this apartment.

Propre appartement, exactement comme sur les photos, plusieurs petits magasins à côté. Près du métro. Nous avons réservé le parking du propriétaire, c'était très pratique. Les instructions de check-in étaient claires.

Excellent Property in a wonderful location!

This was a perfect apartment for our week long stay in Paris for our family of 4. The apartment was just as explained in the description with very comfortable queen sized beds, laundry, kitchen and great shower. The check in process was wonderful, there are many restaurants, cafes & supermarkets close by, with a lovely bakery just downstairs, and it was a very safe area. We were close to the metro station and accessed all of Paris from there, while being able to easily walk to Sacre Coeur and even to the Arc de Triomphe one day. If we came home a little earlier in the evening, we could login in to Netflix and enjoy a movie, which was a nice option. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and I’d like to thank Paula and Yasmin for making us feel very much at home.
