Newly built duplex located in the center of Englewood. Right Across from Tringali Park, Community Center, Library, dining, entertainment, shopping, Gulf Beaches only 5 miles away! Property is fully furnished. Living room has a 65 inch smart TV to enjoy all your favorite apps, websites, movies, and so much more! Roku is also available to use. And unlimited WIFI is provided to connect and enjoy all your devices. 2 recliners, and couch leaving plenty of comfy places to relax. Kitchen has beautiful white/marble granite counters with a walk around double sink/breakfast bar, all stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen table and chairs in the dining room that is combined with kitchen. Sliding glass doors from kitchen/dining area lead you to the screened in lanai. Lawn chairs, lounge chairs, and gas grill are provided to enjoy the beautiful weather during your stay. Washer and dryer provided in your unit. Main bedroom has queen sized bed, end tables, dressers, closet, and clothing shelve in closet. Main bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. Features walk in shower with plenty of room, sink, toilet, storage. Guest bathroom has tub/shower combo, toilet, storage, & sink. Guest bedroom also has queen sized bed, dressers, table, closet with shelves. Does have a storage shed with lock also. This home is located in the perfect area to enjoy all that Englewood has to offer. I am a Realtor & Property Manager in the SWFL. I moved to Englewood area almost 18 years ago, born & raised in a small town located in Western Kentucky. I have 3 children that make my life exciting. I became a Realtor going on over 8 years ago and added in Property Management about 6 years now. My in-laws own this current property along with a few others, so that's why I jumped into Property management. Plus, I love helping others find their perfect vacation rentals, long term rentals, managing properties for owners that don't want to deal with the stress, helping buyers and sellers find and sell properties, etc. And the best part of all is that I get to meet all types of new people while doing my job :-)
