The best suite in Downtown Louisville! Main Street! Right Next-door to the KY Center for the arts, in the middle of museums, and walking distance to the YUM center and convention center, this location can`t be beat. Near all downtown restaurants and across the street from the best Hamburger(mussel & burger bar) and steak(Morton`s steak house) restaurants. Perfect location for any family or business getaway. This 4 bed 2 bath has it all. Brand new suite!



Cozy/living room and kitchen combination for enjoying time together. Great nooks all around for reading or getting away. Perfect coffee/tea bar set up for relaxation. This unit is perfect for any get away.



We create a custom guest portal for your stay that has all recommendations for food & fun and detailed parking instructions.



The vibe on downtown Main Street is great! During the week a lot of business men/women and some families. During the weekend, a lot of families visit the slugger museum and science center just one block west. We are a few blocks from fourth street live. 1/2 block from KY center for the arts(symphonic/broadway shows), 3 blocks from the YUM center and about 5 From the convention center, this place is alive! We installed reinforced windows so that you can enjoy the city without having to hear the city at all hours of the day. Very quiet and peaceful inside the building.



There is the TARC bus system that can get you from place to place and we use Uber and other taxi like services to get around as well. There are parking garages right next to us(at least 3 within 1 block) so you can drop your luggage off and park with ease. Upon booking, we`ll send you tips for parking. There is a lot of foot traffic as people walk through old main street and whisky row, so join on in and see what Louisville has to offer. PM us for suggestions!

Great location to do all the distilleries and tasting rooms on main street. host was excellent with communication up to the weekend trip. Loft had everything and fully stocked with everything from coffee to q-tips and extra tooth brushes. Made for a great trip.

The place was beautiful and well cleaned. The service was top notch and that's why I'm giving them a 5 star rating. Every place can be clean and beautiful but it's the service that really counts. There was an issue and they worked with me to rectify it and make my stay enjoyable.

Good conference location

Overall a good stay. Good location. Easy access. Kurig coffee maker.Would have been an excellent stay but I’ve had a mattress out of a box that was more comfortable. Really needs updates on the beds. Not comfortable at all for me or my colleagues. Nice place though.

Relaxing and somewhat hidden

Great weekend spot for just watching the river or walking downtown. We had no problems finding street parking. Communication with the management co was great-quick responses. Beds were comfy and the decor was trendy. Clean and quiet spot.

Good alternative for a group staying in downtown Louisville

We decided to stay here with a group of 6, location was nice and only 5-10 minute walk for most things you want to see/do in Louisville. More economical for us with a group of 6 than multiple hotel rooms. The coffee was a nice touch and enjoyed hanging out and the view in the main living room area. Did not appear the property was cleaned very well prior to our arrival though, one of the bed sheets was dirty and floor was not very clean, however overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location and the view of the water/bridge is amazing. Centrally located on Whiskey Row. We had a great time. Rooms are quiet. Host is very responsive and the entire building is beautiful.

Great experience & location for urban bourbon tour

Clean, great location, very well appointed (coffee, snacks, toiletries). Four bedrooms - 3 with large (queen I believe) single beds and 1 room with several bunk beds, so lots of sleeping space. Remarkably quiet (interstate a block away and we couldn't hear a thing). Parking is on the street or in a pay garage, so plan for that. Perfect place for group of 6 to stay while we enjoyed the bourbon trail.
