The home features a beautiful beach-chic seating cluster - making it the perfect place to gather at any time. Recently renovated and newly furnished, this first-floor 900-square-foot vacation home is located on Balboa Boulevard at the start of the Balboa Peninsula. The well-designed and furnished great room is detailed with tile flooring, a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, and a TV. A sliding glass door leads to the patio with a bubbling spa, gas grill, and an umbrella-shaded seating area.
Create everything from family meals to beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and kitchen bar seating. Gather for memorable meals in the dining area.
A spacious primary suite sports a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a ceiling fan. The large en suite bathroom features a beautifully tiled shower, bidet, and large mirror. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination located in the hallway. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens to ensure your every comfort.
Here, you can easily enjoy the best of Newport Beach with sandy warm beaches, Lido Marina Village, the Lido House, and Hotel, plus world-class dining and shopping. Come experience this little slice of Southern California paradise you will be glad you did!

No smoking is allowed inside or outside the property.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
The fireplace is non-operational.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Please note: reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
