Easy access to ski shuttle, just outside your door. First stop from resort base. Free parking for 2 cars- one inside garage, one just outside- makes loading and unloading easy!

Relax on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful views of Mt. Crested Butte! Everyday the view is different. After a great day of skiing, enjoy the hot tub at the back of your unit. Relax and enjoy the outdoors surrounded by Aspen trees. The outdoors are yours to enjoy!

The open floor-plan connects a newly renovated Chef's Kitchen to a large dining table and spacious living room for games and relaxation. You will always feel connected to your family. This is one of the features our guests most enjoy, how family oriented the unit is. The TV swivels and the sound system is enhanced for great sound. The mountain theme throughout the unit feels comfortable and inviting. Enjoy a fire in the wood burning fireplace. The Master Bedroom has a private bathroom and balcony. It's quiet and comfortable.

The garage is a huge perk, especially in the winter! Store your car, skies and bikes there. The indoor washer and dryer is easy to use and very convenient.

The guest rooms are inviting and cozy. You family and friends will feel relaxed and pampered. The kids will love the bunk beds and mountain themed comforters.

Everything was great. Solid location, shuttle picks you up right out front but also an easy walk if you prefer. Clean, cozy, quiet and community hot tub was nice and clean and 50 steps away. View of ski slopes out front balcony was very nice to wake up to as well.

Great place to stay

Great location, clean, quiet and convenient location. My husband and I enjoyed hiking trails to take in the outstanding wildflowers. It was a short drive over Schofield pass or up Rustlers gulch from the condo. The condo was well stocked and the kitchen nicely organized. Everything was neat and tidy. It is an older unit but everything was clean and comfortable. Thanks so much for a wonderful get away to see the lovely wildflowers and incredible views.

Great stay

The condo was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The bus stop to the transit center at base camp was only steps away, so it was very convenient to go skiing or transfer to the town shuttle. Communication with the hosts was straightforward and effortless. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable apartment, great location.

We loved the place. Having access to the garage was great to leave all our ski gear. We didn’t park inside because we have a ridiculous large van, but just being able to park in front of the garage was great. Housing in a single floor was nice. We were three adult couples and had plenty of room to just chill after a day skiing. The shuttle bus will pick you up right at the door. Very pleased with our stay.

Convenient to Shuttle but pictured fireplace is not available.

This condo is located at a shuttle stop just minutes from the resort center. The lay out is good with a spacious living area. Repairs are needed to dining table chairs and stripping around bathroom sink. The fireplace shown on the listing is not available for use. (See “Show More” tab at the end of the property rules after no smoking.)

Cozy condo in a good location.

We had Christmas with our 5 young adult kids. Plenty of room to eat and play cards in the evening. The shuttle is directly out the door and it is a few minutes to the base. Close enough you could walk if there weren’t tons of snow. Chris responded to questions quickly. We would stay again.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The location of this property was a significant factor in our purchase of it. It's centrally located and has easy access to everything you could need. Take a 5 minute walk to the base of the ski resort to grab a coffee or bite to eat. Grab the shuttle just outside the door to the ski resort, downtown Crested Butte, or Gunnison and the Gunnison airport! In the summer, you can ride your bike to the base area and be on the chairlift in about 5 minutes! Access to Gothic and the surrounding areas is very convenient. Just turn left on Gothic Rd!

We also enjoy the spacious feeling of the condo with room for everyone to gather together. The kitchen is great and the hot tub is just up the hill. It's a great location!
