Sleeps big groups with 4 king beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 queen air mattresses. Enjoy the rooftop patio with skyline views plus an 85 in TV, smart TVs in each BR, shuffleboard, darts, outdoor TV, Jenga, jukebox, pinball machine, and record player for the ultimate throwback stay.

This is arguably one of the most unique Airbnbs you will find near downtown Cleveland. Not only are you minutes from downtown, you are also within walking distance to Edgewater Park and several great restaurants in Ohio City and Lakewood.

It is the perfect spot for family gatherings and fun group getaways. This spacious four-story home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

I wanna say that I had an amazing time I stayed here for two days with a few friends and the place is more than amazing very clean, very fun, very creative. Definitely recommend booking this place. The price is worth it. I will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful stay. Spacious and clean. Convenient and aesthetically appealing. The only hiccup was no remote control for downstairs bedroom and the garbage can lid in kitchen didn’t fully open. No biggie though. I would stay here or any of their properties again.

The owner was fantastic with communication—always responded instantly or within a very reasonable timeframe (i.e. garage code, questions or concerns). We did run into a small issue with one of the bedframes being broken and temporarily taped up, but as soon as we mentioned it, they had it replaced and fixed in less than 24 hours, which was really impressive. Overall, a comfortable stay with responsive host!

Excellent stay with very accommodative hosts!

The home was very clean and the rooftop space provided superb views of the sunset. The hosts were very accommodative and responsive as well. Overall, great place to stay!

Family Vacation.

When we arrived the kitchen floor was a bit dirty. When I contacted the owner he promptly fixed the situation. Every time I contacted him he replied quickly and solved the issue. The house had lots of steps which I did not realize but it all worked out. I would recommend renting this place for a nice place to stay.

Family fun in a great neighborhood

We were looking for a place for a small family gathering -- this home was a perfect combination of spaciousness and fun. The foosball table in the basement and the shuffleboard table in the living room kept the whole family occupied in those in-between times before we all synchronized to go out or eat dinner. The owner and manager were both great at communicating about any questions within a short period of time. There are beautiful state and city parks within driving distance of the house. Eating on the rooftop deck was really lovely. Each bedroom set up seemed to work perfectly for each of the 3 families that stayed here. Overall it was a wonderful place to meet up and spend family time together. Thank you!

Nice Spacious Home

The place is very nice and clean. It is spacious and decorated nicely. I had eight people with me and it was comfortable. I came to the home a few days after a windstorm, and was not aware that the refrigerator was completely out. John came to the property and supplied a cooler and replaced the damaged waffles the next morning. I was inconvenienced - the goal was for me to cook for the two days, but instead I had to spend more money for lunch and dinner due to the fridge leaking and not working. What I cooked Sunday could not be placed in the fridge or fit in the cooler. The maintenance guy came out Monday to look at the fridge, but was unable to fix it. The wifi didn't work properly, which was due to the electric company working on the outages, and again John came by to assist with that. There were not enough washcloths to accommodate everyone, but more than enough drying towels. I definitely loved the space, reclining couch and open Floorplan. I am very appreciative of John, he was very helpful! I would book again, Act of God's are excusable, but I wish someone would have checked out the fridge before I came.

Pro -bathrooms were nice -it was clean -property owner did a good job of communication with us Con We weren’t able to use both garage spots which we weren’t made aware of until we got there. We had 2 cars so one had to be on the street Kitchen drawer broken Dishwasher missing top rack Holes in wall Smelled of smoke Location is at a busy intersection and with the windows, it is LOUD. It feels more like a place college guys would go for the weekend than a place a family can stay for a few days

Only has 2 bedrooms (not 4)!

This house would be fun for 2 adult couples or maybe 3 single men to hang out. Or it would be good for one family. We had 2 families (4 adults and 3 children) and specifically choose this house because it was listed as having 4 bedrooms. This house has only 2 bedrooms, and the only way it could sleep 12 (as advertised) would be a slumber party with sleeping bags all over the house. Our 11 and 12 year old boys LOVED this place, and they wanted to stay inside and play shuffleboard and foosball all day; but the rest of us were less happy. Most importantly, the house has only 2 bedrooms! There is a photo on VRBO of a bed and furniture - even art! - that is not in the house, making it appear that there were multiple bedrooms with the same paint color. This is not only misleading- it’s unethical. Out of necessity, we made it work, but it wasn’t the easy stay we were hoping for. The boys slept on the floor and sleeper sofa in the basement/entry way which has no door on it, just stairs up to the kitchen, but the adults could then not hang out in the living room or watch a movie after the kids went to bed, and we all had to tiptoe in the kitchen in the morning so as not to wake them. A room should not be listed as a bedroom unless it has a door that closes and a bed (not a unmadeup sofa bed or blow up mattress that will not fit in the room that it's supposed to go in). As we scrambled to make up 2 extra beds when we arrived, we put sheets from the closet on the pull out sofa and futon, and they were filthy! So we ended up having to do laundry in order to go to bed. There is a lot of damage to/issues with the house, things that just make it appear less nice (ie, holes in the wall) as well as functional issues (dishwasher missing parts such as a top rack, drawers that are completely broken, etc). None of these were a huge deal, but it was just an addition to the disappointment of the missing bedrooms and dirty sheets. The highlight of the house is definitely the rooftop, which is great once the sun goes down (or would be fine in the not-so-hot seasons) - gorgeous place to hang out. Kids and adults who like to play bar games will also like the shuffleboard, darts and foosball. The host Brian was initially responsive to my questions before we arrived. However, when I specifically asked for some rectification for the misleading listing, he did not acknowledge any wrongdoing.

Very clean and great location!

The house was very nice and clean and well stocked. The owner Brian was very attentive. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi and he resolved it very quickly.
