This 3-bedroom house is conveniently located in the heart of Ohio City, making it easy to plan your visit. It's close to all the bars and restaurants in the area, with just a quick 5-minute Uber ride to the Flats, Downtown, Tremont, and more!

In addition to its fantastic location, this property offers great amenities, including a large outdoor patio with a hot tub, two 70-inch smart TVs, and Pac-Man/X-Men arcade games, among others.

For your safety, please note that there are security cameras on the property, located at the back entrance to oversee the entire backyard including the hot tub. There is also a camera at the front door. Cameras are used for guest safety and the safety of the neighborhood.

We stayed in early August for 4 nights. Good location for everything we wanted to do while in town. House was clean and even has some amenities that were not pictured: outdoor sauna, movie theater style seating with projection screen in basement, and large air hockey table. Hosts responded quickly to all messages, which were not many but still was very quick to respond and easy to follow directions. Ample amount of towels, dishwater, etc. would rent again without question if in the area.

It was a Great home for family plenty of room. Parking was great as it had a garage for visitors. Plenty of entertainment for the kids and adults alike. Great movie screen and room down stairs. Close to many Cleveland attractions and lake front. Easy to access via I 90. Neighborhood did look a bit sketchy but had no problems. Hot tub was nice along with the Sauna. Great communication with the host.

The home and yard was spacious for 6 of us and our dog. Once we walked into the unit, you can smell the cleanliness and freshness first and I like that a lot! The house was nicely cleaned and parking was great. Soft towels, comfortable bed. The movie theater style basement was nice with our children. We only had two vehicles, I would say it could fit a total of 3-4 on the drive way. We would definitely book again.

This property was a diamond in the rough. Check-In was really easy. the property was very well maintained. was only expecting a Jacuzzi then we show up to a movie room, sauna and a small tiki bar with a TV. did have to Google instructions on how to turn up the temperature on the hot tub. and we had to link the outdoor TV to the phones so we would have a remote. but no complaints. this was a very well maintained property with a lot to offer. thank you to the host for doing a beautiful job.

Impressed with the cleanliness and especially the back yard c/w hot tub and sauna it was a great place to relax. When we arrived there were 2 bar stool that have come apart, we notified the owner and within 1 hour a person showed up and repaired them I was impressed with the response. About the only thing that would have be great would be to have gas bbq. There was a charcoal bbq. Otherwise great place to stay.

Great place for friends to hang out!

We had a laid back bachelor party here with 10 people involved, most of the time we were playing games, hanging out in the hot tub, or playing spike ball/kan jam in the backyard! It was an amazing place to stay for the weekend and we had a blast!

Perfect place. Had 9 people staying and it was great. Love the house, love the yard, really love the hot tub. Great location. Comfortable beds. Fabulous basement. Owner responded quickly. I will definately stay again.

Nice property - responsive owners

Stay was really great. Loved the fenced in backyard. The street is not as good as hoped, that is the only detriment, but the house was recently renovated and everything worked well. Will stay again.
