This charming 2BR cottage is just a stone’s throw from P-town’s epic nightlife and beaches. Take a 2-minute stroll to Commercial Street for eclectic dining, shopping, and nightlife. The Boatslip’s famed Tea Dance is just steps from your rental! Lay out on their sundeck and take a dip in the sparkling beachside pool. Stay for the daily 4:00pm Tea Dance, an electric outdoor dance party with music by resident DJ Maryalice. Take your provided beach chairs and umbrella and walk just 10 minutes to the sand at Dog Beach.

One highlight of this home is the charming screened porch, furnished with a table and seating for alfresco meals, and string lights for evening ambience. For more outdoor excellence, there is a cozy, inviting balcony.

The interior boasts a comfy living room where you can gather and watch favorite shows on the Smart TV with Roku and Apple TV, as well as cable. Whip up tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a smartly hidden mini-fridge and a separate freezer. Convenient appliances include an electric stovetop and a four-in-one oven (microwave, convection oven, toaster oven, and warming oven). There is a breakfast bar for dining indoors.

This two-story cottage sleeps up to four guests between two bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed. The primary bedroom opens to a private balcony. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower and heated floor. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The apartment is cute and clean. It is very well-located and walkable. However, when we arrived, there was absolutely no toilet paper and the battery on the smoke detector was beeping. We had to replace the batteries. They also ask that the renters was the towels themselves at the end of the stay.

The location of the property was great! The cottage was right in the mix of everything. Just a short walk to commercial street or the supermarket making it very ideal.

GREAT location and well maintained apartment

This rental was one of my favorites in P Town from over the years. Key features are: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, well maintained and up to date property features, parking spot, tucked away just off Bradford Street, and a short walk to Joe's Coffee Shop and the Boatslip just around the corner. I appreciated every aspect of this rental and hope to stay there again!

Modern, clean, and great location.

The size of this two bedroom condo was perfect for my friend and I. Clean and renovated, we felt at home here for our brief stay over July 4th. The only downside was that the bath was located downstairs from the bedrooms. Other than that zero complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay

First trip to Ptown. Can’t wait to come back. Property is so well located. We had a car but could walk everywhere. Did drive to 2 beaches. Property is very well decorated, very space is used well, and love the porches. Love the addition of 3 beach chairs and umbrella to use! Want to stay longer next time. Owners were available and responsive if needed.

Great property!

This place was clean and accommodating. Perfect location for beach, pool, and general entertainment. The property was AMAZING! The ONLY minor inconvenience was challenges with the house door lock. And, again, minor inconvenience.

Great Stay

The place was very tidy, well-appointed, and centrally-located. New renovations really shined. The rooms are well laid out, and the kitchen was outfitted for nice meals. There is an induction stove and outside there was a great gas grill. Also, the outdoor eating area was very cozy, as the entire unit is set back from the street. two bedrooms upstairs were very comfortable, and the washer/dryer was brand new and of high quality. Would definitely recommend this place

This place is wonderful. Two gorgeous full bedrooms, absolutely fantastic location by the Boatslip for Tea. Nestled within a bunch of beach houses, and an easy walk to and from Commercial Street. Beautiful kitchen, shower, and just a nice place to be in general. The breakers kept tripping though, making it almost impossible to use the washer / dryer, and there was little to no effort to help us fix it. That was a bummer. We'd stay again if this issue got fixed and support was a bit more robust!

Great location in P-Town

Property is in a great location, just one block from the main street of town (on the quieter end). Bedrooms are larger than they appear in the pictures and the beds were comfortable. Having the washer/dryer available is a nice bonus. We did not have a car, but having a dedicated space would also be a HUGE bonus as parking is hard to come by. Living space isn't huge, but for my family of 4 (all over 25), more than adequate. Also, with screened in porch and deck off the main bedroom, plenty of space to spread out. The floors were not adequately swept when we arrived, but I let the managers know and they offered to have someone come over right away to rectify the situation. Everything else was clean. Kitchen is set up with all the amenities needed (minus a dishwasher). We would definitely stay here again!

Place was nice. Property manager and company were great and very responsive. Unfortunately the condo had ants when we got there. They did come out and spray for the ants right away. The cleaning lady said she found a nest in the bathroom. She sprayed then someone came out to spray again. The ants didn’t totally go away. We had to stay out of the condo while they sprayed which was an inconvenience with having a toddler. Also I was nervous with them spraying and my toddler. So needless to say it wasn’t the best stay.

Nice place. Shame about the checking in process and attitude of staff at Vacasa. It left a bad taste. Yes on the written information it said check in was 4pm. However we had travelled from the UK and had stopped for some shopping so had some arrived food for the fridge. I could see the property was vacated and all ready for us so tried the access code and it wouldn’t work. I rang Vacasa and they said it was indeed ready to go in but we weren’t allowed in before 4pm as the lock was on a timer. I explained I just wanted to put some food in the fridge. They said they’d text me if I could get in any earlier. I received no text so went back at 4pm and the lock still wouldn’t work. Called Vacasa and she said I was locked out because I’d tried to access the property too early again. I said no it was definitely 4pm and she said no it wasn’t. I said my iPhones time is very accurate and she said your phone must be wrong. She was getting quite nasty even though I was very polite. I said perhaps if you can give some feedback to the owners that to make the property accessible at say 345 that would be helpful for those that arrive a little earlier wouldn’t harm. To this she said it was very clear in the documentation that access was from 4pm. I explained that I rent many holiday places all over the world and never known it to be so strict. Sometimes even if the cleaners are there they don’t mind allowing a guest to put some things in the fridge. She was rude and not understanding.

Disappointing management and communication

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, bathroom being downstairs and both bedrooms upstairs was a pain and inconvenient, but not terrible. Overall our stay would have been great except for the contractor that was scheduled to do work on the condo during our stay, without ANY communication given to us in advance or when booking. We would not have booked this property had we known that half of a day of our vacation would be taken up dealing with contractors. I got a text approximately 20 minutes before the contractor showed up, giving me heads up they would be at the house. No asking if it was ok to have 2 strangers in the home, with access to the door code. Just telling me they would arrive and be there between 10-11AM (got the text at 9:36). Couldn’t shower after spending the morning on a fishing trip because we didn’t have a front door for hours. Contractor parked in our reserved spot, took hours longer than expected, then remained in the spot after leaving and it was a beautiful busy day meaning we could not find public parking anywhere. This ended up causing us to miss our brunch while we drove around town looking for the contractor so we could have them come back to move their truck. Contacted the rental agency turnkey multiple times asking them to do SOMETHING to make it right, got the runaround and then they just stopped replying completely. Still hasn’t been made right. Turnkey has not contacted me to offer a partial refund for a day wasted. Wish we would have stayed somewhere else, would expect this kind of nonsense if we got an amazing deal and cheap price, but when dropping thousands of dollars for our stay I would have thought the rental agency running the show would have their **** together a bit more and at least have taken steps to compensate for the inconvenience. Will never rent a property run by turnkey ever again, will literally RUN away from any listings that mention their name.

Quiet, yet in the middle of it all...

This cottage is perfectly located to both Commercial Street and Herring Cove Beach (so easy to get to by bicycle). It was also super quiet for being in a cluster of other properties (as is most of Ptown, of course). For those needing a softer bed, both beds have very firm mattresses, FYI. We'd book here again, no doubt.

Overall just ok

Few details that concerned us their were infestation of ants everywhere to hard to control them! Also door lock didn’t aways work sometimes it didn’t recognize digits. Not enough towels and blankets.

Great spot for a relaxing PTown adventure

The home was perfect for 2 couples spending 5 days in town and very comfortable. Everything very clean on arrival. The spot is right in the middle of town, but nestled in the middle of the block so very little street noise can be heard. Outdoor spaces, particularly the terrace with dining table, were incredibly useful spaces.
