Great location for day trips.

Great location - view of the water, a little noise from Route 1 but not noticeable indoors, convenient location to take day trips to the various surrounding towns and attractions.

Perfect for what we needed!

We had a great stay in this lovely home. It was a perfect place for us to get ready for the wedding we were attending and have a little down time in between wedding events. We only wish we could have spent more time there!

Great geataway

Very cute little condo with a nice view. Comfortably slept 3 people (4 would have been a stretch with the bed + sofa bed), and was a lovely stay.

Great views!

We loved our week in Maine. The condo on the river was perfectly located to cruise all that Maine has to offer. Everything was as revealed in the advertising. Lots of areas to explore.

Terrific location

Wonderful location with a beautiful view of the river. A very quiet neighborhood and easy access to Rt 1 to head North and South.

Great stay

Easy to find, parking for one vehicle easily accessible, clean, comfortable, pictures are accurate, relaxing, supplied with sheets, blankets, towels, soaps and shampoo , kitchen soap, paper towels, fridge good sized and clean. 2 TVs, one in living room one in bedroom. Did not use the fold out bed.

Great location, comfy room

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the coastal towns and the view out back was great. The place was very clean and well furnished. However, the pillows were flat as pancakes and we had to go buy new ones for our stay. The coffee maker did not work and we also had issues with the wifi and the streaming roku constantly kicking us out. We googled that and found that we could clear the cache which fixed that issue but we had to do it a couple of times. Again, minor issues but annoying nonetheless.

Nice Cabin

This was the first time in Maine. We enjoyed our time. The cabin was perfect for our needs. Area was very nice. I would like to come back and would stay in the same location.

Clean and peaceful with a beautiful view

This place was as promised: clean and simple, with a peaceful and lovely view of the river. TurnKey sends out directions to the place; if you stay here, read those directions as my phone GPS had no idea where to go.

Nice views

Compact and well appointed, but does not include dishwasher, disposal, or laundry facilities. Comfortable beds and sofa sleeper.

Beautiful , quiet

This whole village is beautiful, quiet etc The BIG problem nobody is cleaning them! Heat filters 2 in dust, walls food and dirty, all the pots pans were greasy, food stuck ,ceiling lights vents packed with dust, stove top was bad, I told them over and over no response

The area perfectly suited my needs: close hiking trails, great people, scenery and restaurants. Laid-back, quiet surroundings. Loved the view from the deck. Will be back yearly. Did not like the substantial hidden fees. $96/night was great, until the entire cost was revealed. Unpleasant surprise. Place looked very clean until you looked under the furniture to see the discarded food and dirt. Still will be back.

Nice but not great

Two towels for a nine day stay was the first thing that we noticed. There was no broom for the floor and most of the windows didn’t have screens. The biggest problem however was the loudness of the unit next door. We have been using home away/VRBO for 6 years and this was the first time we had a condo unit. Never again. Lesson learned. The view from the back deck was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. It is small but not having owners on site or near was not easy to deal with.

No Customer Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location awful service. We checked in late Thursday night. I called early Friday morning to report that the coffee pot was broken(when picking up the full pot of coffee the handle broke away from the glass luckily my husband caught it)and we needed kitchen towels and bath towels. They gave us the closet lock code so we got bath towels. No one came all day. They called us Friday night and said someone would call us at 9:00am the next morning I had to call them because they didn't call and also told them about loud noise the heater made all night. Sounded like motor was burning out. Promised to send someone. No show all day Saturday. Sunday morning I was blow drying my hair and the fuse blew in the bathroom. No GFI button to reset(is that even code?) and breaker panel not accessible to us. Called again and was assured someone would get back to us within an hour. I was at my grandson's Christening all day and returned at night to find no one had ever come again. No electricity in the bathroom all night and no windows for natural light either. Someone called from Turn Key at 9:00PM to see if we had been taken care of. I was very tired and annoyed at that point. She wanted to send someone then but I said we would be going to bed soon and I was done with the whole situation. She said she would look into having us compensated for our situation but I have not heard from anyone. Checked out the next day after a very frustrating and unrelaxing stay.

My only issue was that the tea pot was gross...it looked rusted inside and it was pretty cool inside as it was damp and raining all weekend.

Comfortable and convenient for day trips

A cute, very clean little condo with a nice deck overlooking the river. The kitchen is new and well equipped. The queen bed is comfortable. Bathroom is large with good hot water in the smallish shower.
