Washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, flat-screen TV. Terrace with garden furniture accessible by a few steps, two sun loungers, barbecue, and awning. Parking on the property (never park in the cul-de-sac). Enclosed garden. Pets allowed. Optional cleaning fee of €97.
