Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood between Ciboure and Saint-Jean-de-Luz, just a few minutes from shops and the beach, villa LUZEA will charm you with its spaciousness, atypical decor and lush garden.





LIVING SPACE



The ground-floor living area is entirely open to the outdoors, with large bay windows illuminating the living room. The kitchen, equipped with noble materials, opens onto both the TV area and the dining room for greater conviviality. A scullery can be used to store groceries for the whole family. The south-facing terrace and garden invite you to relax and enjoy meals cooked at the barbecue and a game of table tennis before diving into the (unheated) swimming pool. When you return from the beach, you can use the outdoor shower to dry off or rinse off your wetsuits.



THE BEDROOMS



On the first floor you'll find a master bedroom with a queensize bed, a bathtub, direct access to the garden, and a children's bedroom (single bed) sharing a shower room and toilet with the previous bedroom.

Upstairs you'll find two other bedrooms with queensize beds. One has a bathtub and the other a shower, and a balcony overlooking the garden.
