The SHOWROOM villa will seduce architecture and design lovers. Located a few minutes from downtown Biarritz and its beaches, it can accommodate up to 7 guests.

THE LIVING SPACE

The house with an area of 180㎡ is spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor, you will find an open kitchen area lit by a glass roof and open to the dining room. A separate lounge area decorated with taste and equipped with a TV and a library invites you to relax.

Enjoy your breakfasts on the outdoor table of the covered terrace and relax by the heated pool in the afternoon.

THE BEDROOMS

The house is equipped with 4 bedrooms: a master suite (Queensize bed) open to the garden and equipped with a shower room and a toilet. The second bedroom (140cm bed) has also its shower room. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bathtub, one is equipped with a single bed and the other with a double bed (140cm).

THE “PLUS”

A barbecue is at your disposal to cook meals outside.

Two parking spaces are available within the grounds of the property.

The villa is located a few minutes by car or bike from the Côte des Basques beach (15min walk) and 1.5km from the city center of Biarritz.
