The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Lampaul-Plouarzel offers you this charming 113 m² house with sea view from 2nd floor, 300 meters from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features a 40 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower) and a 1,500 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor
- 40 m² living room with TV, wood-burning stove (wood supplied), sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Veranda with dining area
