With spectacular views of Canyon Lake, this is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway, a change of scenery for virtual schooling, or a family vacation. The expansive deck is perfect for BBQs with boat views or morning coffee while deer graze nearby.

Open Concept Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Area: Opens to the covered patio, ideal for gathering with loved ones.

Golf Cart Ride: Quick access to nearby public Boat Ramp ONE.
Local Attractions (within 30 minutes): Canyon Lake Gorge, Dam, Marina, Guadalupe River tubing, Gruene shopping, horseback riding, Schlitterbahn, and Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch.

We were drawn to Canyon Lake after falling for the Hill Country's allure. The crystal-clear BLUE waters & Limestone Bottom set it apart. Our family's move here in 2012 sealed the deal. In 2018, we partnered with Family to build one of our first vacation homes. Now, we're thrilled to share this slice of paradise with guests, offering Catering Magic & surprises like Fully Stocked Fridges, flowers, and charcuterie boards to elevate your experience from the moment you arrive. Canyon Lake, Texas, offers an array of iconic activities and attractions, from exploring the geological wonders of Canyon Lake Gorge to relaxing at Jacob's Creek Park's sandy beaches.
