Unfortunately, your arrival coincided with an unusually rainy weekend, which created muddy conditions around the property, particularly on the outdoor decks. While our maintenance team did their best to clear the areas and create a safe walking space despite the ongoing rain, we understand it may not have been as spotless as usual, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. We also hear your concerns regarding the pillows and comfort level. We do our best to communicate guest preferences to the property owners, but in this case, the available bedding and pillows reflect what the owner currently provides. That said, we always value feedback like yours and will be sure to pass it along for future consideration. As for the outdoor spaces, we agree, the decks are one of the best parts of the home, and we truly regret that weather conditions impacted their cleanliness. We're glad our team was able to respond quickly and assist with the river deck cleanup, though we understand and apologize if it felt incomplete or rushed. We never expect our guests to clean during their stay, and we’re sorry if it felt that way upon your arrival.
