The entrance to this 60 m² apartment opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space. Its cozy atmosphere and modern design provide the perfect setting to relax and enjoy pleasant moments.

The spacious living room is furnished with a large, comfortable mustard-coloured sofa, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. A foosball table is available for games with friends or family, and a freestanding TV lets you enjoy your favourite movies and series.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and modern appliances. The large wooden table is perfect for enjoying meals together or working comfortably.

The apartment includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), carefully made up with hotel-quality linens, as well as a desk equipped with a screen, ideal for remote work.
A baby cot is available for you. Please note that linen will not be provided for this bed.

The bathroom is also equipped with a sink, mirror, shower, and separate toilets for added comfort. A washing machine is available as well.

You are welcome to use the foosball table during your stay. Please return all the balls to the receiver after each game and avoid moving the table.

You’ll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The Bonne Nouvelle district, located in the 2nd and 9th arrondissements of Paris, is a lively and dynamic area. Known for its historic theaters and covered passages, this neighborhood is brimming with boutiques, restaurants, and bustling cafés. Stroll along vibrant streets like Rue Montorgueil and immerse yourself in the area's rich cultural scene through its theaters and performance venues. It’s a place where history and modern life intertwine, offering visitors a diverse and immersive Parisian experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Bonne Nouvelle (lines 8, 9), is just a 2-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
