Welcome to this beautiful 65 sqm apartment, ideally located in one of the most sought-after areas of central Paris, between Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde and the Tuileries Gardens.

The heart of the apartment is a bright and spacious living area, designed for relaxation and shared moments. It features a comfortable lounge with TV, a dedicated dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and storage). Warm wood tones, clean lines and contemporary finishes create an elegant and soothing atmosphere.

The apartment offers two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds, making it ideal for a family, friends or colleagues.

The modern bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, and the separate toilet adds everyday comfort.

You will be staying in the heart of iconic Paris: Place Vendôme, Opéra Garnier, La Madeleine, the Louvre, Palais Royal and even the Champs-Élysées are all within easy walking distance. With museums, theatres, restaurants and boutiques nearby, this neighborhood is perfect for experiencing Paris at its best.

The entire apartment is exclusively yours. We remain available at all times via chat, phone to assist you before and during your stay.

Clean apartment. Comfy beds. Near the metro and bus lines. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Great for 2 couples to get ready for a day on the town or a evening in. Closest nearby parking was around a 10 - 15 minute walk. For those who need a washer/dryer, there is one in the unit.

Lovely apartment. Someone was there to meet us and give us the keys. The apartment is in the centre of Paris therefore walking distance to the main attractions. Madeline metro is a few steps from the accommodation. Lots of restaurants and if you like designer shops they are nearby.

Everything was great! Area was convenient. The only thing we didn’t like was that the light wouldn’t work in the hallway so climbing up and down the stairs in the dark was not ideal. Other than that we had an amazing time there and the beds were prefect, the shower had amazing pressure. It was perfect for our family of 4.

This apartment was perfect for 4 adults. Fantastic location, clean and comfortable. You can walk everywhere or catch the metro nearby. Payment is through Weekome and could be a bit confusing, since its not through VRBO, but it all worked out fine. Good communication through WhatsApp. Security deposit was refunded within a few weeks. Could include a bit more toilet paper and coffee pods for coffee machine. Other than that perfect!

Highly recommended. Arrival was smooth... We were able to contact the person meeting us easily and were shown the appartment upon arrival. Heating was good and very welcome in February. The location is fantastic... Metro almost on the doorstep, five minute walk to Place de la Concorde, late night supermarket even closer, boulangerie within walking distance, choice of cafés nearby. Perfect base for our 4 night Paris city break.

Really good communication for check in. Great location and in a stunning building. Shame the decor is basic and modern but the apartment is clean and comfortable, and in the best location for ease of getting around the city. As a group of women we felt very safe. There is an unreasonably high security deposit. Upon checking out, I contacted host to see when they would process deposit & had no response. I had to contact my credit card company to get process started as they charged me for security deposit. It took a full 7 days for refund. Also, the person who met us at property did was supposed to send video to use washing machine. Never received video even after contacting the person & asking for it. It was a good location near metro stop.

Incredible stay with my family! Spotless apartment in the middle of several attractions and steps away from great food and shops like Channel. The host is very communicative and quick to respond which made the visit even more enjoyable. There is a kitchen so if you’re looking to save a little money and grab some groceries for your stay, there is a MONOP' down the street and around the corner next to the McDonalds.If you’re in the mood to sing a tune while enjoying a great cocktail, head to BAM Karaoke Box Madeleine. It’s maybe a 6 min walk and the staff is so friendly and fun. I really can’t say enough about this visit, but the family and I are already planning a return next year! Life is short so take a leap and book the trip!

Lovely, clean property in a great location

We have a lovely time in Paris. The location of the flat allowed us to walk everywhere. All main attractions were within a 30 minute walk, and it took us around 45 minutes to get to Montmatre. There is a plethora of excellent bistro's within a few minutes walk, and even more if you're willing to walk up to 30 minutes. Obviously, public transport and taxi's are an option, we just like walking around exploring. The apartment is comfortable, was very clean, and perfect for our 4 night stay with our two teenage boys. The only downside, is that you can hear the metro rumble by, but that didn't really bother us. Just make sure you have plenty of the excellent, reasonably priced wine from the local restaurants and cafes. We would stay here again without hesitation.
