This was a surprisingly large apartment for Paris so idea for three adult friends travelling together. The renovated materials including bathroom were relatively new and clean. Appliances worked well. Bedding was clean and felt new. The open concept timber wall allowed for air flow and there are plenty of windows for a refreshing cross breeze. The washing machine was amazingly fast for European machines as well. If you had children young then apartment is well outfitted for them. The courtyard entrance and doors provided plenty of security and was a sweet way to approach your apartment and the neighbourhood is fantastic with Metro, shopping and parks ( Temple Square) nearby.

The apartment is in an excellent location, great neighbourhood and lots to do and see. It is quiet. The issue was with the management agency. They have their own website and they insist to use that as the communication tool. It was clunky and I was unable to log in. They would not acknowledge that it was malfunctioning, simply saying "no it works". Ultimately they sent me a link and it worked. Our booking clearing said we were travelling with our daughter. They did not prepare the bed, provide sheets or towels. I finally got word back from them and they said it was somewhere in the apt. I found some in a hidden garbage bag the cleaners had left in another closet. All this would have been fine if they just said "sorry, we forgot". No, they kept saying no it's there, never apologizing...Further, some dishes were dirty and the place was dusty. In short, the location and frankly the apartment are nice, but the management agency and the cleaners need to up their game.
