This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in.

From marvelous sights to breathtaking views, scenic surroundings and the city's historic charm you can enjoy a warm and cozy rest at night at our country style suites.

Approximately 963 square feet, this Two- Bedroom Condo features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin Bed(s) in the guest bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area including a kitchen, dining area and 2 separate bathrooms. Maximum of 6 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Ceiling Fan, Hairdryer, In Room Safe, Washer/Dryer In Unit, DVD Player, Stereo, Television, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Balcony/Patio, Fireplace, Jetted Tub - Most and Stairs - Some.


The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Club Wyndham Flagstaff is Pulliam Field which is 6.8 miles by car respectively.

If you have any concerns, the front desk is available from 7am-10pm daily to respond to your requests. For here at Club Wyndham Flagstaff, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

Comfy stay

We have stayed in the Wyndham timeshare townhomes on two separate occasions and prefer it to anything else. It’s updated, clean and cozy and in a great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was great and clean. The clubhouse was tons of fun for the kids and my husband and I made use of the gym on a daily basis. The location is perfect for driving to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. We had a wonderful stay:)

Awesome spot

We were very impressed with both the size and the condition of our unit. We could get lost in it. Location was excellent and it was quiet in the evenings. Easy access to all the places we wanted to visit in Flagstaff. Having the Bearpaw Club to entertain our 7 year old grandson was a bonus. If we are back in Flagstaff this is where we will stay.

Kids love it

The property is beautiful, lots for kids to do. The unit we stayed in is getting quite run down, needs some updating. It was clean except for some areas that needed dusting. The resort was very accommodating.

Nice place and worked great

Everything in our unit was great. Thankful for the extra heater in the downstairs bedroom because it was chilly at night. The fireplace was also great. We only stayed a couple days and spent most of our time exploring the grand canyon, didn't really get to check out the area or hot tub since it closed at 8.

Great stay but get trip insurance

The place was awesome! Very conveniently located. Only complaint would be with wild fires in the area and locals recommending we not come there was zero chance at cancelation for natural disasters. Got the run around between host here and Wyndham front desk about who was responsible for a refund and no one would help out. We ended up going and everything was okay but be warned that cancellation policy is non-negotiable even in light of natural disaster.

Great - minus the sales pitch

Nice place, clean, no issues. I would have preferred not to get a sales pitch about buying time-shares with wyndam. They even called my room on the 2nd day to try to get me to listen to the 90 minute pitch.

PROPERTY UNIT

We were originally told to move twice, but this was changed by VRBO Corporate we believe. We only had to move once, but this was not our original booking impression. And the property shown in the original booking was not close to the units we had. However, the accomodations within the units were excellent.

Beautiful property

We loved the Wyndham Flagstaff! Wyndham staff super friendly, helpful, & never pushy with the timeshare sales. The VRBO service left us very frustrated. We booked our stay in March & paid in full for July 7-14. 2 days before our vacation VRBO said they could not confirm our 7th night. Leaving us searching for a new place to stay. Horrible communication about this issue. Was told I would be refunded by July 7 & had to keep asking about this finally received it July 10. Our last days of vacation were spent packing /unpacking & traveling to new destination for our final night. We ended up finding a beautiful location in

VRBO Flagstaff

We reserved and paid for the condo in March 2022 for 12 days in July 2022 through VRBO. Three days before our arrival in Flagstaff we got a text stating that VRBO could only guarantee a nine day stay. My wife called the number in the text and the woman she talked to had such a thick accent that neither one of us could understand a word she said. When we arrived at the resort, we were told by the Wyndham people that the reservation was in our name however it listed a different address and phone number that wasn't ours. As a result, the folks at Wyndham were unable to contact us before we arrived to ensure that a tri-level condo would work for us. We were also told that we would probably have to move twice because we couldn't have the same condo for the entire 12 days. The listing photo is very misleading. We thought we were renting a single-story condo (pictured), instead, we were booked into a tri-level condo, which meant that we were constantly going up and down stairs. The activity building was a great place for kids and there were plenty of activities for our granddaughter. The folks with Wyndham were very kind and apologized for the misinformation. They worked with us and we were able to stay in a single condo, though we had to cut our vacation short by three days. We are still waiting for a refund for the unused days. Not sure if we will trust VRBO in the future or give the organization a positive recommendation.

Good/Bad

The condo was a great set up and I think is probably usually fantastic. However, we did have a lot of issues with things not working while we were there. Maintenance was always super quick to respond and all the staff was very friendly. I assume that the normal guest would have a great experience, we just got unlucky that so many things had an issue while we were staying.

Beautiful, cute, and efficient property.

The check-in process was simple and directions to the condo were easy to follow (even at night). All 6 of us were impressed with the property and the amenities. Close to everything within an hour drive and to include restaurants and iconic Route 66.
