The property is distributed over three floors: * First floor: private garage with space for two cars. * Second floor: spacious equipped kitchen-dining room, living room with direct access to the main terrace, a suite with a private bathroom, and a stunning terrace with a private pool, available until November 4th. * Third floor: three additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and unparalleled sea views. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms: * 3 double bedrooms (one of them a suite). * 1 bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are exterior and offer sea views, ensuring natural light and comfort. Complete amenities for your convenience: The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a worry-free stay: * Free WiFi and satellite TV. * Appliances: washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Dolce Gusto coffee maker. * Other accessories: iron, hairdryer, and kitchenware. Prime location Located in a quiet area, just 1 km from the Roses port and 1.1 km from the town center. Practical stairs take you directly to the main road, shortening the walk to the center. Additional information: * Bed linen and shower towels are included (no change service during the stay). * Arrivals after 9:00 [hidden] have a €25 surcharge. * A tourist tax of 1 € per person per night applies and is payable upon arrival.
