4つのベッドルームと3つのバスルーム、設備の整ったキッチン、ブーゲンビリアで覆われた小さなパティオ、海と村の素晴らしい景色を望むテラスのある美しい魅力的な家。海とカダケス、レストラン、バーの主要観光スポットから徒歩1分。 家は4階建てで、階下の入り口とキッチンが最初にあります。暖炉のあるリビングルームと別の通りに通じるパティオ-車でアクセス可能-2階にバスルームのある寝室メインビューベッドルーム-海の景色、暖炉、3階の専用バスルーム。そして家の反対側には、共有バスルーム付きのもう2つのベッドルームがあり、そのうちの1つは海の景色が見えます。 もう少し歩けば、息をtakingむような景色のあるテラスで、夕日を眺めながらハッピーアワーを楽しむことができます。

Gorgeous place

This place is just amazing and outstanding❤️. Situated in a prime location, this beautiful house is close to all attractions and restaurants although very quiet and relaxing. Each part of this place has its own charm and the view from the terrasse is breathtaking. The hosts Anastasia and Victoria are extremely kind and always available. Checking in and out was very easy. I highly recommend this place. We have spent an amazingly lovely family time.

Agréable séjour

Très belle maison atypique , très propre et bien située. À quelques mètres de la mer, des commerces. Nous avons passés une agréable semaine. A recommander sans hésitation.

El día de llegar exigencias por parte de la encargada de las llaves porque tenía sus cosas que hacer y no le venía bien la hora El acoso telefónico por parte de la chica era constante, llamadas, audios a cualquier hora y momento y, en caso de no responder en un corto periodo de tiempo, se cuela en casa sin avisar y sin permiso, con actitud agresiva y muy maleducada exigiendo que se le responda... intentas ir a relajarte un fin de semana a la playa pero no puedes porque con esta chica es imposible Intentaron estafarnos diciendo que no habían cobrado, por suerte tenía el comprobante a lo que no pudieron hacer otra cosa que aceptar En los armarios nos encontramos varias cucarachas, tan amigables como asquerosas Y para más, el último día nos exige salir una hora antes de lo pactado porque necesitaba tiempo para acomodar la casa para los siguientes... Ningún problema con la casera, pero la portadora de las llaves es una maleducada y le amarga las vacaciones a cualquiera

Señor Sérgio. Lá “maleducada” solamente fue exigente con los maleducados que fueran ustedes. Para empezar usted mentió para alquilar la casa diciendo que eran 3 parejas con un niño de 10 meses. Resultó que no tenía ningún niño y no 6 personas pero 10. Existe una lei española que nos obliga a registrar los inquilinos el día que entran en la casa. Si usted considera “curto plazo” de no contestar durante 24 horas su concepto de plazo es bizarro. Por no contestar usted nos puso en una posición ilegal. Difícil de comprender? Las reglas de la casa prohíben estrictamente fiestas. Ustedes hicieran fiesta, dejaran la casa en total desorden, con cosas fuera de sus sitios, cosa rotas etc. Puede pasar romper algo, pero no lo reemplazar o no lo comunicar a los dueños es sí total falta de educación. Así que no venga usted dar lecciones a los outros, el mentiroso y maleducado es usted.

Superbe situation, tout se trouve à proximité

Maison très agréable, toute en hauteur (ne convient pas aux personnes ayant des difficultés pour monter des escaliers). Très bien aménagée, on y trouve tout le nécessaire. Le patio et la terrasse sur le toit sont un plus pour profiter de l'extérieur. A 2 pas du bord de mer, des restaurants et des commerces.

Wir haben das Haus nach 1 Nacht nach Einbruchsversuch und unerträglichem Lärm wieder verlassen. Entsprach nicht unserer Erwartung. Hier von einem charmanten alten Stadthaus zu sprechen grenzt an eine Frechheit. Polster verfleckt, Küche entspricht nicht einer Komfort Immobilie in diesem Preissegment. Ebenso Bäder und Schlafzimmer. Treppen im Haus sind gefährlich und nur bei Schwindelfreiheit zu benutzen. Juristische Schritte unsererseits werden folgen.

Dear guest, I am sorry for the bad experience you say you had with our house. I hope that you have filed a complaint to the local police about the attempt of burglary. Events of this sort are beyond our power and means. As I already mentioned to you in several e-mails, you arrived on the day of the main Cadaqués Fiesta in the village. As the description of the house says, we are located at 1 minute walking distance from the main square and the noise, during the night of your arrival, was inevitable until the end of the village festivities - also beyond our control. The same description says that the house is located on 4 levels and there is a lot of photos of stairs of the house in the HomeAway site. We had guests even with small children and nobody ever complained about the stairs being “dangerous”. I suppose it’s a case of subjectivity. You wrote me that you were going to send me pictures about problems you found in the house and you never did. I am very sorry you were dissatisfied with our house. Sincerely, Anastasia

Perfect in every way

We loved everything about this property. We arrived in Cadaques on foot, after generally following the Cami de Ronda from Collioure. Our first sight of the town confirmed everything we had hoped for, and arriving at the house completed the dream. It is authentic, charming, well appointed, and comfortable. The location is fantastic, close to everything, but private and quiet. At one point, there were seven of us, and the house accommodated us all without any loss of privacy (3 bathrooms!)Our local host was very quick to respond when we had questions. We will return to Cadaques and to this home...soon. Thank you for sharing it.

Formidable pour un moment hors du temps !

Cadaqués est un village d’exception et la maison d’Anastasia est un véritable écrin de sérénité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison confortable au style authentique. La place du village est à deux pas et la plage aussi. On oublie complètement de circuler en voiture, tout est accessible à pieds. La distribution des chambres est idéale pour plusieurs couples (3 au maximum), la quatrième et dernière chambre accueille facilement des enfants. Nous avons adoré partager des moments de convivialité dans la vaste pièce de vie et dans patio à l’ombre de magnifiques Bougainvilliers. Les soirées ont pu également se prolonger sur la grande terrasse de toit qui peut aussi faire office de solarium. Tout le matériel necessaire au confort, le linge de lit, de toilette et de maison sont mis à disposition des locataires pour leur faciliter les choses. Bref, ce fut un séjour idéal à tous points de vue. Sur place Victoria a été une correspondante réactive, toujours disponible et très aimable. Notre hôte, Anastasia est charmante, elle a su se montrer très à l’ecoute de nos demandes, même à distance. Nos échanges ont été très agréables et je l’en remercie chaleureusement. Nous reviendrions avec un immense plaisir, sans aucune réserve, bien au contraire !!

staying in this cottage completely made our visit to Cadaques.

We loved this cottage so much, beautifully restored and vintage pieces everywhere - we had 4 levels to fan out to, plenty of space and jaw-dropping views from every window. So close to the main square we could go back and forth all day easily. And being in such a well preserved town it was a wonderful experience going home to a gorgeous well preserved cottage. Everything worked well and our hostess was very helpful with advice.

Amazing location, pure charm

I have stayed in this house twice, it's absolutely awesome, I love it. The view is spectacular and the location is perfect- right in the middle of the historical center, but very quiet, walking distance to amazing restaurants and most beaches. The house is as charming as it gets, with attention to detail and clearly done with care, in three floors with lots of character and lots of light. The village is like going back in time into a fisherman's village in the 40s, simple and elegant. In the area you can go to stunning Cap de Creus for lunch overlooking crystaline fjords or eat marvellously in Cadaqués. Definitely on of my favorite places on earth, wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Not only is Cadaqués supreme, but this is the most charming house in it. Close to the beaches, to the restaurants (the best fish ever), the farmer's market, the supermarket, everything is at walking distance. The cobblestone streets with the whitewashed fisherman's old houses such as this one add to the extra charm of your stay. I highly reccommend this lovely house
