Regardless of whether you choose to head out to one of the many famous amusement parks nearby or simply stay close to home and take advantage of the shared pool and hot tub on-site, each day will be filled with fun for all ages.
This beautifully updated home invites all who stay here to enjoy all the comforts of home while being on vacation. Located in the heart of Regal Palms Resort with gorgeous views of the retention pond, you'll be sure to find comfort in your stay with us. Plenty of space to bring the whole family to enjoy.
**The space
Inside, you will be greeted by a bright interior and all of the comforts you are used to including free high-speed WiFi, streaming services for Disney+, ESPN, and Hulu, a fully equipped kitchen, on site washer and dryer, and a cozy living room perfect for kicking back to watch a favorite show or enjoy streaming services on the 55 inch flatscreen TV. When you want a bit of fresh air, step out to the private patio with a favorite beverage in hand and relax as you look out to the fountain in the sparkling pond!
Everyone will look forward to hitting the hay at the end of full days. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms. The dinosaur bedroom at the top of the stairs has twin bunk beds and a twin size trundle ( 3 twin size beds). The princess bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed ( 1 twin mattress, 1 full size mattress). There is also a small crib mattress kept under the full size bed if needed. In the hallway between the kids bedrooms and the main bedroom is a game closet, and a kids Finding Nemo themed bathroom. The main bedroom has a king size bed and in suite full bath. Please note there is no closet in this room for clothes. Each bedroom does have a Roku enabled TV.
When you want to keep the fun near home base, the Regal Palms complex offers a fantastic spa, a fitness center to keep up on your workouts, a sand volleyball court, an on-site waterpark with a lazy river and slides, and a playground for the kiddos. Not to mention, dining and drinks can easily be found at Frankie Farrell's Pub & Grille and the tiki bar!

Resort Access
Guests will need to check in at the front desk for Regal Palms Resort to collect parking passes, and resort wristbands.
Resort Fees
Charged at booking. You will receive 1 wristband per guest at check in which allows you access into the resort and its amenities. There is a charge for wristbands not returned at the end of your stay.
Parking notes
Parking is allowed only in the designated driveway, with a maximum of three vehicles per home. To remain compliant with the resort rules, if you rent our 1 bedroom unit you will receive only 1 parking pass. Rentals for the 3 bedroom unit will receive up to 2 parking passes. Parking on the street or grass is prohibited to avoid damaging irrigation, sprinklers, and utility lines. Trailers, RVs, and oversized vehicles are not allowed in the community. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse for $10 per night per utilized parking space (a pass must be obtained). Any vehicle violating this policy may be towed at the owner's expense.
Pest Repellents
Being mindful of Florida's naturally great environment for everyone, including bugs. Ultrasonic pest repellents were installed in every room as well as the attic to help deter bugs from entering the home. There is no harm to humans and should remain plugged in and on during your stay. However, these devices are not at all animal friendly. Please note this is not an animal friendly unit by any means. We are not responsible for any side effects all the way up to death if you bring in an animal against the rules to this home. This is the best way we have found to keep rodents and other bugs out of the home.
The Resort
The resort features a water park that includes two pools, a water slide, a lazy river, and both indoor and outdoor hot tubs. On the property, you'll also find a spa, a restaurant and bar, a poolside tiki bar, a gym, and an indoor kids' game room and arcade. It’s the perfect destination for a family vacation, and children will absolutely love it!
Thermostat
We use a smart thermostat. We are happy to adjust the temperature to your comfort level; however, we can only lower the AC to 70°F. Setting it lower may risk freezing the unit.
**No Parties:**
Our mission statement is: "Provide an enjoyable experience for our guests." It is difficult for our guests to enjoy their stay if others are partying and making noise nearby. If a party is suspected, security will be notified, and guests may incur a $250 fine. Please be considerate of your fellow guests.
