Our luxurious home is 3 bedroom with 3 full bathroom 2 story home that sleeps 8.
- Free secured in home Wi-Fi
- Free long distances call Canada & USA .
- Free 2 car parking in front of our home.
- No parking allowed on the street

The Villa is located at Regal Palms Resort and Spa. A $20/day (plus tax)fee is due upon check-in. The fee is per house not per person. This fee enables you to enjoy the resort amenities:
- Pools: 2 heated pools with kiddie pool water slide and lazy river
- Fitness center
- Sauna, steam room, hot tub, and showers .

Enjoy the hot tub and lots of seating around pools and children's play area. They have white sand volley ball near pool and outdoor tiki bar.

As the busy season is just around the corner, we would like to remind everybody that charcoal and gas grills are not permitted on Regal Palms property. Basically any grill that operates with an open flame is not permitted to be operated within the resort. Electric grills are permitted.

- The home is protected by a Ring Video Doorbell. Camera is not monitored for Guest safety in any way and should not be relied on by Guest for personal security or security of their belongings. Cameras may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Any damage caused to Doorbell and its camera by Guest or Guest’s party may result in a partial or complete loss of deposit funds

Family room has 2 full size couches with s 55' LED TV with 300 HD channels.
Bedrooms have ceiling fans , wall mounted 32' LED TVS , alarm clock , and cordless phone. Baby gates also provided to secure top and bottom stair case.
Bathrooms have blow dryer as well.
Dinning table great for 6 people.

Fully Equipped kitchen.
Kitchen has fridge , stove, microwave, dishwasher,
coffee machine, blender, toaster, tea kettle, dishes,
silverware, pots & pans, all utensils you might need.

For families with small children a pack & play pen, high chair and stroller is available.

Perfect getaway for the family

We loved it,we walked to the pool daily and spent a few days at Universal studios which was around 35min away.lots of restaurants close by and the host was very nice and attentive.We will definitely be back

Lovely villa very clean and tidy. Close to the pool

Spacious clean and tidy villa with lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything we needed for the perfect family holiday. Pool area was lovely for relaxing after a busy day at the team parks. Close to the Disney them parks and many restaurants and supermarkets close by.

Great accommodations!

From the get go Yvette was quick to respond. Great host! Condo was exactly as described in the listing. Kitchen was fully stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, felt like home. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

Everything was great and a smooth process. We arrived before the check in time and spoke with property management who allowed an early check in. They called the front desk and spoke with them to approve us. Everything was clean and bed was very comfortable. Would recommend staying here! Pool was great and not far from Disney parks!

Good stay with the family

It was a nice stay. Host left great directions. Checkin process was quick and easy. Resort area was nice and I liked having shopping center literally 5 mins away. The townhouse was nice, smaller than expected but we overall had a good stay with the family.

Great place!

This is my 3rd year at Regal Palm. Place was very clean, first time I didn’t see cockroaches. Everything worked great, beds were comfortable and all the rooms had a TV which was a plus especially when you want to unwind after playing all day. Would definitely choose this place again.

Clean, newly upgraded, had everything we needed!

We have stayed in several town homes at Regal Palm and this is one of the nicest. The owner answered all of our questions and promptly provided detailed information on accessing the property. We would rent this unit again!

Great little getaway

It was a nice place. Coffee filters would be helpful to provide to guests. The carpet is stained pretty badly, but it was a clean condo overall.

perfect set up family

amazing property. great detail, down to the 4 Disney characters in the kids room. actual property even nicer than the pictures. I have stayed at many vacation rentals and hands down rate this property at the top. the welcome call by the owner on the day of my arrival was an extra special tpuch.

Orlando Vacation, March 2017

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. The accommodations were perfect for a family of 5 which included 3 children. After a day on our feet running around Orlando, we were happy to retire at the end of the day in the comfort of the condo. The mattresses were amazing and helped to reinvigorate us each night. The water park on site was a very social and fun environment for our children as they met new friends every night. We highly recommend this condo and complex to families of all ages!

Family vacation

We had a great time. The listing said it was located across the street from the pool area and it was about a 5 to 10 min walk. Not bad but not across from the pool. Also the owner said their were pool floats and there were none. The home was clean. The queen bed was terribly uncomfortable. The resort was really nice

A fabulous experience

The accomodations were great. We will definitely check availability next time we come here. The rooms and layout worked great for us. We had 4 adults, a 5 & 3 year old and a 9 month old baby. The furnishings were very nice and met all our needs. The kids loved The pool with the slide, moving river , hot tub and dive-in movie. The owner was very accomodating. We were walking distance to the pool and activity center. Definitely would rent again.

Spacious and clean

The house was spacious with good size rooms and equipped with pretty much everything you need. Spent 6 nights there without any issues. We enjoyed the pool and waterslide. The only complaint was that the front desk had me marked as a no show and also lost all of my paperwork that I had filled out, which was very strange. After being in there for quite some time, I asked for a manager, who got everything sorted out.

Great value with great pool

The condo is very nice - I suspect it is one of the better maintained ones in this resort community (with a number of weekly rentals). Host was great about addressing a minor issue with the place (first day). Lots of extras in the condo (hairdryer, crock pot, etc.) plus TVs in each bedroom. Pool was very nice. Reviews that say Regal Palms is militant about outside food and drink was not the case for us. Of course they don't want coolers and glass and booze at the pool (but no issue with subtle and respectful drinks at the pool). Kids lover the slide and lazy river. Would stay again.

Beautiful town home with everything you need!

This was our second stay at Regal Palms. This town home was excellent! It was exceptionally clean with all new updating throughout. Everything you need is provided with all new appliances, fixtures, kitchen items, linens, comfortable beds, and electronics. The TV's are all smart TV's with game excessories. I wouldn't pick to stay again on July 4th holiday week as the resort was very crowded at the pool, which we spent a lot of our time swimming with two children. Although the resort has a pretty nice fireworks display! We were pleased that it stayed cool throughout without having to adjust the thermostat a single time. All rooms have ceiling fans that circulate nicely. A very pleasant place to vacation!! Grocery store and restaurants are very close - a nice benefit. We are big on pool time and love the pool and slide. We will choose a less popular week on out next visit.

Was Ok

When first arrived house smelled of Fish, we had to buy candle and then clean home with a broken mop to finally get rid of fish smell. We had to wash some dishes as a couple appeared to be put back unwashed with food stuck to them. The resort fees were ok but the pool area was very loud, the tiki bar was closed early every night there, the bar area was being remodeled and very dusty. To enter the complex you had to go out on to road down to another gate to get in The cleaning fees we paid well like I said I had to clean stuff upon arrival. The chairs and table outside did not appear safe to sit in. You were not allowed to grill and if you wanted to you had to load up and go to one of the grills provided in the complex. The bed was ok. I am not sure about price we paid to stay but it is what is. We did reach out management about the smell, but we had already bought a candle when they offered a plug in. Also had issue with Cable and I had to call and sit on phone to try to fix. I was on vacation I shouldn't have had to sit on the phone and try to get the cable fixed and then have to do everything required to fix it.. It was an ok experience, at least we had a good time seeing our kids/grandkids.

We Found Our vacation home!!!

I have so many things to say about this trip and the experience with staying at this property, first off, Yvette. She made this the most enjoyable laid back process from the beginning. Any question I had was not too big or an issue for her and she responded or called me right away!! I felt so at ease with her. When we checked in, the process was easy and quick, unlike many other places we have stayed. I loved having a door code instead of keys and upon arriving at the home we all smiled with excitement. The pictures are awesome but in real life it was much more than I expected. The 12ft ceilings made the home feel super spacious and elegant. The floors were clean and beds I could have slept in for days!! I actually came home and wished I had the pillow in the master instead. hehe. The home was located right across the street from a pond and two grill areas and I loved that. Having a private backyard was a plus too, especially for sitting out in the morning or at night in my jammies :) The master suite was perfect. The bed was super comfortable and the amenities fit our family just right. The queen room had our friends which was a good size and the kids arrangement in the children's room was a treat for them!! Having a double trundle made the party even more special, all the kids ranging from ages 5 through 12. They had a blast. A TV in every room was perfect too. All the channels and home phone made it feel more like home. The kitchen was much bigger than I tried to imagine and clean, bright and even had a two seater for eating in the kitchen! The family room pictures are not close to how spacious and cozy it actually was. We enjoyed watching a movie after a long day while the kids slept and having tucked away upstairs was nice too. The bathroom downstairs was a plus. Also went home with clean laundry!! The full size washer and dryer was awesome!!!! The pool area was great, lot s of seating and the lazy river and the slide was a hit with us all! We like having so much more than just a pool. I will be booking this property again for my family, i loved it. And knowing how much Yvette cares about her property and guests enjoying themselves made me feel cared for. Thank you Yvette, even getting the message later that we could extend was such a sweet token of your kindness. I appreciate everything you did to make our stay special!
