GrandView Lodge is a one-of-a-kind, over-the-top retreat that allows you to unwind in style. Inside, the home boasts soaring ceilings, succulent wood trim, and each has an en-suite bathroom. The gourmet kitchen features river rock granite countertops, high-end Wolf appliances, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Johnson Brothers China, and Wallace flatware. Reconnect in the striking dining room that can seat up to 12 people with the addition of table leaves. The sumptuous master retreat features stunning mountain views, a magnificent king bed, a cozy sitting area & ensuite spa-like bathroom with heated floors, a smart TV, a jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in Steamist steam shower. Magnificent

The home is stunning! Everything you need is there and available. Each room is has beautiful views and is decorated beautifully. We did not use the pool and jacuzzi because of weather but the area is very nice. We definitely will stay again. Thank you for a quiet relaxing stay.

Amazing Place!

Grand View Lodge is a great spot for a relaxing escape. We (9 adults) stayed there for a week and could not have been happier with the house and resort. Luxurious furnishings, an incredibly stocked kitchen, pool + spa, and a garage full of toys! Exactly as stated in the description. And Jeff could not have been a better host and great communicator through out our stay.

Great North Carolina Vacation

GrandView Lodge was everything we were hoping it would be and more. From the start of booking the property, Jeff and Gina were in constant communication and made everything easy and clear. The house is a great layout for a large group and is very well equipped. Our group ranged from 78 to 2 in age and everyone had a great time. The outdoor living spaces were a major highlight - the fireplace was used every evening, the pool and hot tub were amazing, and the views were incredible. The Bright’s Creek community is beautiful, quiet, and had a secluded feel. We took advantage of the pickle ball courts, bowling alley, restaurants, golf course, and hiking trails. I would strongly recommend the GrandView Lodge to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing getaway. We will be back soon.

Lake Lure

The property was lively. The difficulty was with dealing with the property manager. Firstly the contract was not disclosed at the beginning. Some of the requirements were burdensome and unreasonable. The contract was completely unreasonable and was an adhesion contract as all terms favored the property owners. I was also required to send a photo of my license. The house itself was lovely.

Awesome house iin a quiet neighborhood

The house is absolutely all we could have needed for our 3 night stay. All of the bedrooms and beds were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Loved that the house has 2.5 fridges, 2 washer/dryers, 2 dishwashers. It also had games - ping pong and corn hole - plus the pool and hot tub. While were there, the pool was having a water retention issue that I am sure they will fix. The only real negative on the house was the large number of condiments left in the main fridge and the the amount of frozen food in the main freezer. We had to put a most of the condiments in a iced cooler so we could function with our large group. We selected this rental for the house, not the area. The neighborhood is large, beautiful and has nice amenities. Our group played pickleball, played golf , used the fitness center and fished. This neighborhood is 20 minutes on curvy roads from literally anything and we brought all of our food and drinks in with us.

Our love story and our love for travel both began decades ago. High school sweethearts, University of Florida graduates, and happily married for 40 years, we've built a life centered on faith, family, and fun. Together, we've raised four children, now enjoy five grandchildren, and have traveled to six of the world's seven continents—experiences that have shaped not only who we are, but how we serve others.
Jeff has also owned and operated an Allstate Insurance Agency, earning the company's highest distinction, Top in Country. That dedication to service, trust, and excellence carries through everything we do.
Today, we personally own and manage vacation rental properties in St. Pete/Clearwater, New Smyrna Beach, and North Carolina. By combining complementary skill sets with a shared passion for hospitality, we've built a business grounded in thoughtful service, attention to detail, and genuine care for every guest experience.
Building from that passion, we launched Teeming Cruises, born from our lifelong love of travel and connection.
