Would not stay in this condo again.
Rating Details:
The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We have been doing winter monthly rentals from Arcadian 1 and 2 for many years, and have been satisfied until now. This condo is very outdated. The furniture is old, which would be OK if it were clean. When we arrived, we discovered black mold on the walls, in the bathrooms, in the pantry, on some of the wall hangings and on the refrigerator seals - which we cleaned. The master bed box spring wooden frame is broken and makes the bed very squeaky. It was obvious that no one has cleaned under furniture in a long time. The master closet was full and not available for us to use. The blinds in the master bedroom are broken. The slider doors to the balcony are very corroded, and we could only get one open after cleaning the track. All of this was reported to the office, along with pictures. The owned refused to do anything to remedy these problems. We will not rent this condo again. Other condos in the building are beautiful. Consider those over this one.
